I’m currently a University student at the University of York and I’m working towards becoming a teacher! I love reading, science, pop culture, travelling and history. I also love helping other people learn and find joy in gaining knowledge and school :) I am currently a 3rd Year Student at the University of York. I have 4 A-levels which consist of an A* in Biology, Chemistry and History and an A in an EPQ. I also have 11 GCSEs which I achieved grades 7-9 in. My teaching experience consists of 5 years of private academic tutoring in various subjects at various levels.

In brief, I am a talented and dedicated medical student with a sphere of interests encompassing, Science, technology and football. I completed my GCSEs and A-levels to an exemplary standard, and I am now working towards an degree in Medicine at the University of Manchester. I am an amicable individual who takes pride in my ability to understand, work with and assist others. I look forward to getting to know you and answering any questions you may have! I completed my GCSEs at Oulder Hill Leadership Academy, obtaining the highest grade available (9) in Maths, English Language, English Literature, Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Computer Science. I then completed my A-levels in 2024, obtaining grade A in Maths, Biology and Chemistry. Alongside my A-levels, I gained a range of casual experience during college. I took part in an extracurricular programme called Maths Masterclasses, where I prepared worksheets and delivered presentations to primary school students, helping stretch their understanding of Maths beyond the standard curriculum. I was also a member of the Virtual Medical Society, working with other aspiring medical students to create presentations on topics such as medical current affairs, admission exams, and aspects of the application process. This helped me develop the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence. In addition, I completed an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) and was awarded an A* for my work. My project, titled The Role of Health Literacy in Preventative Children's Medicine, deepened my understanding of the educational principles used in healthcare and how they can be applied within broader educational contexts.

I am currently studying Medicine at the University of Plymouth. From a young age I have always enjoyed helping others as it brings happiness and joy to me. This is also the main reason why I wanted to become a tutor. In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports, particularly football and cricket. I have 2 younger brothers, so I am always entertained. I love talking and spending time with them. For secondary school, I attended the Oxford Spires Academy where I completed my GCSEs. For 6th form, I was accepted by The Cherwell School, where I completed my A-levels. At GCSE level science I achieved a grade 8/8 and at A-levels I achieved grades A in both Biology and Chemistry. In my first year of UCAS application, I did not receive any offers to study Medicine at University. However, towards the end of summer I came across an opportunity to study medicine through an alternative route. The University of Plymouth were offering a one-year transfer from Biomed to Medicine providing one achieved 3 As at A-levels, maintained a 70% pass rate across all modules in 1st year and passed the interview for Medicine. In the previous year only 2/23 applicants were successful in this route. Although this was intense, I was able to successfully transfer from Biomed to Medicine after the 1st year. This year I just completed my 1st year as a Medical student at the University of Plymouth

My goal is to help students overcome their challenges in mathematics and achieve academic success with confidence and enthusiasm. I completed my bachelor's degree in science (Mathematics) and Master of Science with Mathematics. My studies strengthened my analytical skills and deepened my passion for mathematics. Currently, I am teaching as Mathematics tutor to the student globally, I have expertise in providing personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions to students.
