Hi, I'm Evie, I'm 21 years old and currently studying Biomedical Science at Nottingham Trent University. I achieved a grade 9 in biology, chemistry and maths at GCSE, and I am looking forward to helping you do your best! At NULS, I achieved grade 8 in English language and PE, and a 7 in Spanish, with distinction in speaking. I achieved a grade 9 in all other GCSEs, including triple science and an extra GCSE in further maths. At A-level, I received a C in biology, chemistry, and maths and an A at AS level Photography. Hi! I'm a first-year Accounting and Finance student at the University of Warwick, and I tutor GCSE and A-Level Computer Science and Maths. I achieved an A* in A-Level Computer Science and an A in Maths, so I've recently sat the exams your child is preparing for and know how the papers are marked. I work through past questions and worked examples built around the topics a student finds hardest, rather than moving through a syllabus at a fixed pace. I'm patient, I'm happy to explain something more than once, and I'd rather a student understands why a method works than memorises it. During Sixth Form I also worked with my school's Computer Science department on a software project, and I was Subject Prefect for Computer Science, which involved explaining course content to younger students and presenting the subject to parents at open days.

Hi! I’m Ann — a second-year medical student who loves painting, reading, and (recently) horse riding. I’m someone who genuinely enjoys learning new things, but I also understand how tough studying can feel when you’re stuck, stressed, or unsure where to start. That’s a huge part of why I tutor — I want to make learning feel lighter, clearer, and way less overwhelming. I’m not the type of tutor who just reads off a screen or throws information at you. I like to explain things in a simple, friendly way, break topics down into small steps, and make sure you actually understand the idea, not just memorise it.
