Hello! I’m Jezer Cornejo, a TEFL-certified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education. I have two years of experience teaching Mathematics to elementary and high school students. My teaching style is patient, engaging, and goal-oriented. I enjoy using interactive activities and real-world examples to make learning fun and practical. Outside of teaching, I love watching sports and once worked as a sports writer in my university’s student publication. This passion for communication and storytelling inspires me to bring energy and creativity into every lesson. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from Philippine Normal University - North Luzon, where I developed strong foundations in teaching and communication. During my time at university, I also gained experience as a sports writer for the student publication, which strengthened my writing and critical thinking skills. In addition, I am a TEFL certificate holder, which equipped me with strategies to teach English effectively to students of different backgrounds and proficiency levels. I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Surrey. I can teach up to A-Level Maths. I have exam board experience for Edexcel GCSE Maths and OCR B MEI A-Level Maths. I am fluent in both English and Tamil. I am looking to teach anyone of all ages! I am only familiar with the English Curriculum (OCR, Edexcel, and AQA). I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels at Langley Grammar School and achieved an 8 in Maths at GSCE and a C in Maths at A-Level (5 marks off from a B). Since then I joined the University of Surrey and I am currently a 2nd year undergraduate in Chemical Engineering.

Hey, I’m Sohail! I’m 20 and currently in my 3rd year of dentistry. I’ve always loved science and enjoy making tricky topics easier to understand. I know what it’s like to feel stuck with studying, so I try to keep things clear, supportive, and even a bit fun to help students feel more confident. Currently studying for a Master’s in Dental Medicine, now in my 3rd year of dental school. Achieved AAA in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology at A-level.
