I'm Ben and have an MSci and BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, where I specialised in Chemistry. I have always loved learning about the sciences as they are so applicable to the world around us. I believe that every student should have positive learning experiences in the sciences. I have over two years' experience in tutoring A-Level/GCSE Maths and Science. Furthermore, I have achieved an A* grade in every A-Level subject and a grade 9 in every GCSE subject that I offer. I have invaluable knowledge of exam board specifications, how to best prepare for upcoming examinations, and how to secure those top grades. I am friendly and patient in my approach and want to help each student reach their full potential, regardless of their academic background or the level they are currently working at. Greetings! My name is Saul, and I am a current undergraduate student on medical leave. I'm an experienced educator, a curious learner, and skilled in various areas of study. I enjoy going into the details, and perceiving the bigger picture, especially combining areas of science and mathematics with philosophy and psychology. This translates to how I provide my teaching; as clearly, explanatory and rigorous as possible. Often, I attempt to work with the student in an engaging and productive manner that allows them to exercise as many levels of thinking as possible to enhance their understanding to the levels required for higher grades.
