Hi, I'm Kirtivasan (but feel free to call me KV!). I am currently studying Electrical Engineering at the University of Warwick, where I get to apply Maths and Physics to real-world technology every day. I tutor A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Computer Science. Prior to university, I attended KEVI Handsworth Grammar School for Boys from Year 7 to 13, securing straight A and A* grades across both my A-Levels (Maths, Physics, and Computer Science) and my GCSEs (Maths, English Literature and Language, Triple Science, DT, Art, Music, Religious Studies, and Computer Science). As a testament to my academic foundation in STEM, I successfully completed the ESAT during my application cycle, which earned me an interview and a subsequent offer to study Electrical Engineering at Imperial College London, an institution ranked second in the world for engineering.

I’m passionate about education, science, languages, and travel, and I bring that excitement and curiosity straight into my lessons. My lessons are structured, interactive, and exam-focused, but never dry! I use clear explanations, active recall, and targeted past-paper practice with mark scheme analysis to help students maximise marks. Challenging topics are broken down into simple steps with diagrams and quizzes, while we refine exam technique and answer structure.
