I'm 22 and from Leeds. I've tutored maths for 4 years from Ks2 to A-level. I went from a grade E to A at A-level by finding a learning style that worked for me outside of the classroom and want to help more students do the same! In my spare time, I enjoy boxing and playing piano. I also love football (unfortunately a Man Utd fan!) I studied at the University of Leeds for 3 years between 2021 and 2024. I studied an Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Prior to this I studied Business, PE and maths at A-level getting A* A* A respectively. I achieved a grade 8 in maths at GCSE.

My Name is teacher Nomi, I have been tutoring local students for almost 2 years now I assist students from as young as 6 years old and adults as well, I have been focusing on tutoring English and Business studies. I am very passionate about assisting students reach their learning goals, I create a comfortable learning environment for my students which makes it easier and fun to learn I have completed my national diploma in business management at Rosebank College South Africa and I have also obtained my 120 hours TEFL Certificate. I am currently studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Surrey. I can teach up to A-Level Maths. I have exam board experience for Edexcel GCSE Maths and OCR B MEI A-Level Maths. I am fluent in both English and Tamil. I am looking to teach anyone of all ages! I am only familiar with the English Curriculum (OCR, Edexcel, and AQA). I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels at Langley Grammar School and achieved an 8 in Maths at GSCE and a C in Maths at A-Level (5 marks off from a B). Since then I joined the University of Surrey and I am currently a 2nd year undergraduate in Chemical Engineering.
