Hello! I’m Ivy Adriel, a passionate and committed math teacher who believes that mathematics should be both meaningful and enjoyable. I love guiding students as they discover how math connects to everyday life and the world around them. In my classes, I focus on making lessons dynamic and interactive. Through hands-on activities, real-life examples, and engaging problem-solving challenges, I aim to spark curiosity and strengthen my students’ confidence step by step. Outside the classroom, I enjoy watching science fictions and playing chess—activities that sharpen my thinking and inspire the strategic, creative approach I bring to my teaching every day. I hold a degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, which provided me with a strong analytical foundation and a deep appreciation for logical thinking and problem-solving. Over the past four years, I have been teaching mathematics, gaining valuable experience in guiding students through a wide range of topics and ability levels. Throughout my journey, I have developed effective teaching strategies and strong classroom management skills that help me deliver clear, engaging lessons. As a journalist with a deep passion for teaching, I've dedicated the past seven years to guiding a diverse group of teenagers and adults on their Spanish language journey. In this role, I've honed my ability to effectively impart all four language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. My commitment to excellence has resulted in a strong reputation for facilitating successful Spanish language acquisition among my students. As an experienced editor, I've honed my skills by refining texts for various platforms, including blogs, magazines, and social media. In my role as an Assistant Professor, I've gained extensive academic experience. Hey, My name is Mahammadzaid but my preferred name is Zaid, Highly experienced tutor for Maths and Further Maths. I have experience in both Online and in-person tutoring. Positive feedbacks from my previous students as well as supervisors. Passionate about Learning and teaching Maths. Taught students in after school convention in different schools. Currently studying BSc Maths and Data science at City UoL. I attended Newham sixth form college for my GCSEs as well as A levels. Did A level Maths, A level Further Maths and A level Physics Currently doing my degree at City university of London, Studying Mathematics with data science BSc second year. I am an experienced maths tutor based in Glasgow. I received my maths degree from the University of Glasgow and have tutored and range of age groups from primary school age, through to high school and also undergraduate. I am passionate about learning and believe that learning is about enjoyment and practicality. I enjoy helping people succeed and ultimately seeing people become more confident within themselves. I have a honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Glasgow with a particular specialisation in applied mathematics and am currently working towards my second degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Stirling.
