Hi, I'm Evie, I'm 21 years old and currently studying Biomedical Science at Nottingham Trent University. I achieved a grade 9 in biology, chemistry and maths at GCSE, and I am looking forward to helping you do your best! I want to work together to tailor your tutoring experience to what you need the most. ◡̈ I attended Newcastle-under-Lyme School and NULS Sixth Form. At NULS, I achieved grade 8 in English language and PE, and a 7 in Spanish, with distinction in speaking. I achieved a grade 9 in all other GCSEs, including triple science and an extra GCSE in further maths. At A-level, I received a C in biology, chemistry, and maths and an A at AS level Photography. I am currently studying towards a BSc in Biomedical Science at Nottingham Trent University.

Hi there. James here, from South Africa. I taught in London in Walthamstow for my probationary year in 1991, and then in Johannesburg and Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa for a total of 21 years. I have taught Cambridge A Level History and England and South Africa's English and History curricula. I am also a published researcher, poet, and author. I enjoy cross-country running. I like NETFLIX mystery series. I regularly get out wilderness walking and cross country swimming. Since February 2025, I tutor English and Religious Studies for GoStudent. I battled with learning difficulties at school. However, I did very well after school, because I knew that English opens doors. So, I set goals. Then I achieved a B.A (1985) and a B. Ed (1996) degree, at Wits University in Johannesburg. I did a Masters Degree in Theology (Regent College, Vancouver, B.C., 2001) and a PhD in Church History (University of KwaZulu-Natal, 2016). I believe education is a lifelong journey. We master English every day for the rest of our lives. So I'm still learning as I tutor GCSE students, A Level students, and juniors, to reach their highest goals.

Hi, I’m Finley! I’m a Student doing a degree in Physics with Theoretical Physics at the university of Bath! I attended Christopher Whitehead Language college for both high school and sixth form, for A levels I did Maths, Further Maths and Physics. In which I achieved A*AB respectively. My name is Alinah Mampiti Thakhuli, and I am a passionate, hardworking, and dedicated university student currently completing my final year of a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry at North-West University. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which have strengthened my ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. Teaching has always been one of my greatest passions. Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong foundation in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Laboratory Sciences. My degree has equipped me with advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, enabling me to break down complex scientific concepts into simple, understandable explanations for learners of different abilities.
