Hi! I'm Izy, and I recently completed my degree in Applied Linguistics at the University of Warwick - BA Language, Culture and Communication. I previously tutored younger children at my high school, and have since taught ESL in Peru, Ecuador and Mexico. I thoroughly enjoy both teaching English as a second language, and tutoring English subjects in the UK. I completed A-Levels in History, English Language and Maths (A*A*A), and am hoping to work as a paediatric Speech and Language therapist, after completing my Masters. I am competent in AQA Exam Boards. At University I competed at an international level for music, and really enjoy reading and learning new languages in my free time! I am currently obtaining my 120-hour TEFL certificate, as well as my Level 2 Understanding Autism qualification. I attended a state school, receiving eight grade 9s, and two grade 8s at GCSE, and A*A*A at A-Level (History, English Language, Maths). Hello, I teach English Literature and Sociology, both at GCSE and A Level. My name is Innes and I am currently in my third year of studying Sociology with Criminology, at York University. I am a positive and enthusiastic individual, who is dedicated to making learning fun and interactive. I will tailor each lesson to the individual's personal academic goals. I am patient and understanding and want to motivate each student to engage positively with our lessons. I have four A levels in Sociology, Philosophy and Ethics, History and English Literature. I am currently in my third year of my Undergraduate Degree at York University. I have GCSE's in English Language, English Literature, Religious Studies, Graphic Design, Geography, History, Maths, Science and Finance.
