I am a 5th Year Medical Student and have been teaching for many years, I got accepted into grammar and have dedicated many hours to learning and passing on my knowledge. I teach 11+ and have proven methods on understanding the logic and ways to solve the questions. In addition I tutor Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Science, Geography and Maths. I have a keen interest in playing instrumets, learning a new language, keeping active and am currently a co-author on a pending paper to be published in the medical/surgical field. Hi! My name is Maryam. I'm 19 years old and a second-year midwifery student with a passion for healthcare and science. Studying midwifery has helped me appreciate the importance of having a solid understanding of biology as a foundation for anyone wanting to pursue a career in healthcare or related degrees. I tutor GCSE Biology with a focus on helping students build strong foundational knowledge in core topics such as cells, Organisation, Infection and Response, and Bioenergetics. I guide students through exam past paper questions helping them to identify and learn from their mistakes, develop exam technique and strengthen understanding by application of knowledge. Some of my hobbies include going on nature walks, baking and reading. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am currently a student studying Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Nottingham. I passed A-Level Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science with an A,B,B respectively. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing basketball and practicing my violin and piano. I've also participated many workshops to do with communication which has increased my public speaking and collaboration skills. For secondary school I attended King Edwards VI Handsworth Grammar School for Boys. I left with 11 GCSE's with an 8 in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Religious Studies and a 7 in English Literature and Language, French and Business. For Sixth Form I attended the University of Birmingham School for 2 years. I left with an A,B,B in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science respectively.

I am 21 years old and have a real passion for science, and I want to share this with all my students. Outside of my current studies at the University of Cambridge, I love music and regularly attend live music events. I would love to find out your favourite artist!
