Hi! I’m a university student with an A in A-Level Mathematics and a genuine passion for helping students build confidence in maths. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether they’re preparing for exams, catching up on topics, or aiming for top grades. My goal is to make maths clear, engaging, and less intimidating by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps. I believe that with patience, encouragement, and the right support, every student can improve and reach their full potential. I completed my GCSEs at Jo Richardson Community School, achieving qualifications in Mathematics, English, Combined Science, Geography, Music, Drama, and BTEC Business. I then completed my A Levels at the same school, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Geography, where I achieved an A in Mathematics. I am currently studying Accounting and Finance at university, where I continue to strengthen my analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. My strong mathematical background, combined with my communication skills and patient approach, allows me to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals.

Hi, I’m Scarlet Davis, an enthusiastic and dedicated math teacher who enjoys helping students discover the beauty of mathematics in engaging and meaningful ways. I strive to make learning math exciting through interactive activities, real-world applications, and problem-solving experiences that encourage curiosity and build confidence. Outside the classroom, I enjoy cross-stitching and journaling, which allow me to relax, reflect, and express my creativity while developing patience and attention to detail. I graduated with a degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Antique. With over 8 years of teaching experience in the Philippines and the USA, I have developed effective teaching strategies, classroom management skills, and engaging lessons that support diverse learners and help students build confidence in Mathematics.

I have been tutoring online since April 2018, helping students with KS3 and GCSE English Language & Literature. I have experience with AQA, Eduqas and Pearson Edexcel (including IGCSE) exam boards. I also help overseas students learn English as a foreign language. Curriculum has ranged from Oxford Reading Tree to Reach to IELTS, TESOL and ESOL. Having been diagnosed with severe dyslexia when I was young, I have always had an affinity with those who struggle with education, and have had to develop my own way to learn efficiently, and use this experience to help others. TEFL 120 Hours Certificate Bachelors Degree for the Arts I hold a bachelors degree in film, and have been a prolific writer since my childhood years. I also hold an HND in music production, and have previously tutored 9 to 15 year olds Djing and music production.

I am a passionate and dedicated tutor currently studying Economics in my first year at university. I teach Economics, Spanish and A-level and GCSE Maths, bringing both academic excellence and a dynamic approach to every lesson. With two years of experience as an 11+ Maths and English tutor at Test Teach, I have developed a strong ability to engage I went to Sutton Grammar School where I got 11 9s in my GCSEs including maths, English language, English literature and Spanish. I achieved 3 A*s and an A in my A-levels in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Spanish. I am a first year economics student.
