Hi, I’m Teacher Camille, a passionate and committed Mathematics teacher! I enjoy guiding students to appreciate the wonders of maths through engaging and creative lessons. My aim is to make every class enjoyable with interactive tasks, practical examples, and thought-provoking problems that inspire curiosity and boost confidence. During my free time, I like playing Scrabble and chess to keep my mind active and imaginative. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education and have 7 years of experience teaching and tutoring students of different ages. I’ve taught high school Mathematics and also worked with primary learners, helping them build strong foundational skills and confidence in problem-solving. I enjoy designing lessons that connect maths to real-life situations, making each topic meaningful and engaging. I am currently a student studying Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Nottingham. I passed A-Level Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science with an A,B,B respectively. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing basketball and practicing my violin and piano. I've also participated many workshops to do with communication which has increased my public speaking and collaboration skills. For secondary school I attended King Edwards VI Handsworth Grammar School for Boys. I left with 11 GCSE's with an 8 in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Religious Studies and a 7 in English Literature and Language, French and Business. For Sixth Form I attended the University of Birmingham School for 2 years. I left with an A,B,B in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science respectively.
