Hi! I'm Amy, I'm a recent graduate of Cambridge University with a degree in Zoology. I absolutely love animals, (especially butterflies and lizards!) and I'm also a big fan of the Discworld books and the DOOM games. I think science is amazing topic, and I have always loved studying it, and that's why I want to help people love it as much as I have :) I attended RGS Guildford for my secondary school and sixth form, and studied Biology, Chemistry and Maths at A-Level. I then studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University, studying Chemistry, Biology of Cells and Evolution in my first year, later specialising into Zoology.

I'm currently a 5th-year medical student with a passion for learning and teaching, and I'm actively working towards my ambition of becoming an Ophthalmologist, possibly practicing in the US. I achieved fantastic results in my GCSEs, earning a clean sweep of top grades: Grade 8/A* in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Maths, History, and Electronics. Grade 7/A in Spanish, Geography, English Literature, and English Language. This success continued into my A-Levels, where I secured an A* in Chemistry, an A in Biology, and a D3 (equivalent to an A) in History. Currently, I am navigating the exciting and challenging world of medicine as a 5th-year medical student at the Medical University of Sofia. My time in medical school—and my ambitious goal of becoming an Ophthalmologist—isn't just about science; it's about problem-solving, long-term focus, and breaking down complex information into manageable steps.
