Currently I am a teacher of Mathematics for secondary education, and I am also teaching adults as part of their CPD. When I am teaching, I use creative and critical thinking techniques to help my students to acquire in-depth understanding of fundamental concepts of mathematics. Part of my teaching consists of games, quizzes and other creative and fun activities that aim to make teaching and learning easier and more enjoyable. It is also important for me to help my students to learn how to solve word problems, which is a skill that students find hard to acquire. I enjoy walking, travelling, reading, sports and music. Lately I became fascinated with Space exploration and the possibilities that it creates for the development of new technology and how it helps improve living conditions on Earth. I am also interested in Artificial Intelligence and machine learning and how these are based on mathematical thought. I have a degree in Pure Mathematics from the Aristotle University of Greece, an MA in Mathematics Education from Leeds University in the UK and a PGCE in Mathematics from the UK. I have a Qualified Teacher Status to work in UK schools and I have 22 years of work experience in the UK, Greece and Cyprus.

My name is Ana and I am currently an Economics university student. I am interested in tutoring A-level Mathematics and Economics, as well as GCSE Mathematics. My tutoring approach is simple - learn, recall, repeat. I aim to implement active recall from previous topics in every lesson, whilst keeping them fun and engaging! I am currently a 2nd year Economics Student at Durham University, where I have achieved a 2:1 in my first year. I completed my A-levels in 2025 and achieved A*A*AA in Economics, EPQ, Mathematics and Biology respectively. Before this, I achieved 999999888 in my GCSEs in 2023, with a grade 9 in English Literature, a grade 8 in English Language and a grade 8 in Mathematics. I started off my tutoring experience by tutoring Romanian children how to speak English, as part of my volunteering section of the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. More recently, I have been part of the Zero Gravity scheme, where I tutored underrepresented Sixth Form students on the Economics University Application process.

Hi, my name is Keeley and I'm from the North East of England. I am currently an undergraduate at Loughborough University studying Robotics Engineering. I am interested in satellites and fighter jets and mathematics is my favourite subject. I’m an athlete and love fitness, and have been an academic for the longest. I love research and solving very hard maths problems. I love music and everything in between My highest level of qualification is a levels where I studied Mathematics, Maths and Physics as well as taking AS chemistry in year 12.
