Hi, I’m Lily and I’m a 19 year old student at the University of Leeds currently on my second year of completing the joint-honours degree of Spanish and International Relations. I have a passion for tutoring and I have been doing it for years in multiple different secondary schools, so I know how to engage with students and adapt my teaching methods to the particular student to ensure they can achieve the highest grade possible in a fun and relaxed setting. I teach Spanish after studying the language at GCSE, A-level, and degree level, so I would say I have expert knowledge in this area to help students who are keen to learn of all ages. We can have fun whilst we learn as I truly believe you learn the most and remember the most when you are enjoying what you are doing. Outside of studying and tutoring I love to play instruments like the guitar and the piano, and I also kick-box and dance. I’m a patient and supportive tutor specialising IGCSE Edexel English Language and Chemistry. During my studies at the University of Al-Jamea-Tus-Saifiyah, I regularly supported peers and younger students with their learning, helping them better understand key concepts and prepare for exams. Hello. I'm Debs, nice to meet you. I tutor a range of subjects, all based on experience of teaching within school, college and less tradiitional settings. I love tutoring one to one as that is the best way to give the student exactly what they need. I teach Sociology, Business and English at GCSE and A level and I have experience of AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I have also taught Btec Business level 1-3 In 2023 I completed a Master's degree in Philosophy as I love learning new things just as much as I love to teach. I make learning fun wherever possible and tailor every lesson to the student's needs. I use a variety of methods so you won't get bored and I am always happy to answer questions and re-explain things. There's no such thing as a silly question!
