I'm Leanne, a second year physics student at Imperial College London. I love physics and maths and want to share my passion with students to inspire and empower them. I have experience working with students of all ages and believe that every student has the ability to achieve anything they want to given the correct support. Outside of my degree I also do a lot of music, playing the trumpet in orchestras and wind bands. In my free time I also love reading and theatre. I am currently an undergraduate student at Imperial College London. I am in the second year of my 4 year MSc in Physics specialising in theoretical physics. I have A-levels A*, A*, A, A in physics, mathematics, further mathematics and music and 11 grade 9s at GCSE including maths, further maths and physics.

Over the past 3 years, I’ve helped more than 130 students achieve at least a grade 7 in their GCSEs. About Me Language is not just a tool for communication, it's rather a reflection of how we see ourselves, our world and culture. I am a PhD candidate who recently published a paper on sexism and gender bias to help promote social justice by teaching politically correct language. In light of my educational research I learned that each student has a unique mind and uses different techniques to learn. Hence, my responsibility entails guiding each individual to unlock their complete potential. In my free time you'll always find me in the gym, or on a football pitch. Hi! I’m Kai, a fairly easy-going guy from London and I have been tutoring for just over 5 years and love every minute of it! I am here to help you ace your exams and provide that 'lightbulb' moment! Whichever way you learn best I will tailor my lessons to you. I tend to use many different resources depending on what suits your learning style, for example I usually incorporate diagrams and flowcharts to visualise some of the tricker concepts. I know when I was a student, having a tutor was a huge benefit to me as I was able to understand concepts from a different point of view. Away from tutoring, I am also a huge fan of football (Real Madrid of course!) and Athletics, mostly 100m and 200m sprinting and I previously represented both my County and Athletics Club several times at regional level.
