Hi! I am a fourth-year medical student with four years of tutoring experience, consistently earning excellent reviews from students and parents. I'm quite passionate about helping students succeed because I've been in the same situation myself. I’m a patient and approachable tutor who thrives on seeing pupils grow in confidence and understanding. I have a good background in Physics and Maths, I tutor up to A-level in Maths, backed by top grades (9 in GCSE Maths, A* in A-level Maths, and A in Further Maths). I’ve helped students achieve their academic goals, including guiding a family friend to an A in A-level Maths, securing her place at her first-choice university. My lessons are engaging, supportive, and designed to challenge students while encouraging them to take risks and learn from their mistakes. I often use graph sketches, Venn diagrams and rough drawings to help illustrate problems. Outside of tutoring, I’m passionate about sports, especially football, tennis, and basketball, and I’m an avid Manchester United fan even if they're not very good! In high school my Maths teachers always applauded my excellent problem solving and maths skills as I acheived an 8 in GCSE, and I am looking forward to sharing these tips with students of my own. I enjoy teaching science because, apart from being great at it in my GCSEs, i like how vast the subjects are and how ever evolving they are. From my own journey, there has been many instances where I have taught myself content because the way the teacher taught me I just didn't understand.
