I am a final year Mechanical Engineering Masters student studying at Bournemouth University with my academic prowess evident in my A-level achievements in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology alongside stellar grades 7-9 in the same subjects together with German and French. These subjects are not just areas I teach; they are disciplines that I have actively pursued and excelled in throughout my academic career. One key asset that I bring as a tutor is my current status as a Mechanical Engineering student. Hi, I’m Amay I am currently an Accounting & Finance Undergraduate student Having a vast range of direct past experience both in tutoring and working with children, I am comfortable in such environments and am passionate about the teaching I do I like to make lessons enjoyable so that my students are always thoroughly engaged by using a variety of techniques to cater learning towards each individual student, I am very enthusiastic at this prospect and leveraging my subject knowledge and past experience to improve student's learning experience and helping them achieve to the best of their ability. On the whole, I myself have achieved A*/A in in my own GCSEs and A-levels and look forward to helping more students in improving their learning also. Hi, I’m Maite! I’m a native German speaker and teach German at all levels — Primary, GCSE, and A-Level. Besides German and English, I also speak French and Spanish. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies with a minor in Educational Science, which deepened my understanding of cross-cultural learning, communication, and how to make complex ideas accessible. During my time at university, I spent over three years tutoring children of different ages, working in a programme led by the German federal government to support children from migrant and refugee backgrounds in their school learning. I am now excited to work with adults as well. When I think back to my own school years, the teachers who inspired me most were those whose honest passion made even my least favourite subjects enjoyable. That’s the atmosphere I aim to create in my lessons: engaging, light, and enjoyable. Outside tutoring, I teach meditation and mindfulness and support a charity creatively, which helps me bring patience, flexibility, and creativity into my teaching. I tailor lessons to each student — whether you need grammar support, speaking practice, exam preparation, or a personalised lesson to build confidence at your own pace, or simply want to learn German out of interest and enjoyment. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies and Educational Science, which I completed at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany. I specialised in cultural theory and visual culture and spent an Erasmus semester at Université Bordeaux Montaigne in France. In addition, I hold a Yoga Alliance–approved 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certificate, complemented by an additional 50 hours of training in meditation.

My name is Chloe, and I am currently in my final year of my masters! I enjoy teaching as much as I enjoy learning. My lessons will be interactive, detailed and adapt to your needs, it will be a safe space to learn and understand different topics. I look forward to sharing my love for knowledge with you! I completed the International Baccalaureate where I went to study 6 subjects in sixth form at Dartford grammar, (rather than the typical 3 A levels). I then completed a degree in biomedical sciences (1st class dissertation), then went straight into my Masters. I am now in my final year of my masters studying to be a Physician Associate!
