Hi, I'm Sumaya and I'm currently studying Biomedical Engineering and have a strong passion for maths and the sciences. I’ve done some tutoring in the past and really enjoy helping others build confidence and clarity in subjects that can sometimes feel overwhelming. I’ve just completed my second year studying Biomedical Engineering at King’s College London. For my A-levels, I chose Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry. Hi! I'm Tom, a recent graduate from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Physics! I am a huge fan of learning new skills and having fun whilst doing so... which is probably why I spent the last 5 months as a Ski Instructor in Canada! It's not only skiing I enjoy, though, as I also took up Gaelic Football at Uni and have played hockey, football and rugby for most of my life. I have graduated from the University of Birmingham with a First Class in BSc Physics. Academically, I specialised in civil and medical nuclear engineering, which continue to be a passion of mine since leaving Uni. Hi! My name is Amy and I’m currently studying Maths and Philosophy at the University of Leeds. I am a Maths tutor aiming to help students between KS2 and GCSE level to enjoy and understand Maths. Beyond studying, I have a passion for dancing and love to perform on stage. When I am not dancing, I also love to solve puzzles and riddles. Initially, I attended All Saints Primary School. Then, I went to Greenbank High School and received 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from 7-9. I took a mix of GCSE subjects from Dance and Drama to History and Further Maths. After High School, I attended Runshaw College. I completed A-levels in Maths, Psychology and English Literature and earned grades AAC. I also completed an AS-level in Further Maths and earned a grade C. I am currently completing a BSc Maths and Philosophy honours degree programme at the University of Leeds. I have completed my second year and will hopefully be graduating in the summer of 2026.
