I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with Education units, giving me a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication. This background allows me to integrate technology, structured reasoning, and efficient learning tools into my teaching. I’ve completed additional training and hands-on experience that strengthened my ability to simplify complex ideas and support students with diverse learning needs. Years of working with learners of different ages have made me highly adaptable, responsive, and confident in adjusting to each student’s pace. Hi! I'm Sue, and I recently graduated from university with a 2:1 degree in English Language. I'm passionate about creative writing, reading, music and academic writing and am excited for the opportunity to share my passion with others. I love going to the gym, training in martial arts, reading fiction books and listening to music. I believe in letting students direct the learning and tailoring my teaching to their needs, skills and abilities. I am empathetic and understanding towards children and young people with SEND and believe that these should not be barrier to learning and that with the right tools and resources in place every child can thrive. I attended the University of Liverpool and graduated with a 2:1 in English Language in July 2025. I studied A Level English Language, Sociology and Philosophy at Carmel College in St Helens, where I achieved an A* in English Language and Bs in Sociology and Philosophy. I also passed my GCSEs, achieving a 4 in Maths, a 7 in English Literature and a 6 in English Language.

My name is Ibukun but you can call me Ibby. I am a second year pharmacy student and I enjoy all things chemistry and biology. For my A-levels, I studied biology, chemistry and psychology. In my spare time, I am a writer, and I love to read books and also play the piano. I see myself as a very enthusiastic person, and I enjoy helping other people with subjects that they may find difficult. I attended Queen Mary’s High School for GCSE’S, I achieved 7, 8, 9’s. In chemistry I achieved a grade 8 and in biology I achieved a grade 9. I then attended Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School for A-levels and I did Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. At my time there, I also did an EPQ based on social constructs. I am now completing my MPharm degree, and I am currently in 2nd year.

Hi! I’m Ann — a second-year medical student who loves painting, reading, and (recently) horse riding. I’m someone who genuinely enjoys learning new things, but I also understand how tough studying can feel when you’re stuck, stressed, or unsure where to start. That’s a huge part of why I tutor — I want to make learning feel lighter, clearer, and way less overwhelming. I’m not the type of tutor who just reads off a screen or throws information at you. I like to explain things in a simple, friendly way, break topics down into small steps, and make sure you actually understand the idea, not just memorise it. Everyone learns differently, so I always adjust the pace and style to whatever works best for you. If you’re someone who loses motivation, gets anxious about exams, or feels like certain subjects just “don’t make sense,” don’t worry — I’ve been there too. I attended Elthorne Park High School, and then Twyford CofE High School, where I completed my GCSEs and A Levels. I’m now a second-year medical student at the University of Dundee. Through my studies, I’ve developed strong skills in biology, Maths, and effective study techniques, which I use to support students in their learning.
