Hi, I’m Amaan—a 4th-year medical student at Keele with a passion for teaching. I specialise in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at GCSE and A-Level. With years of experience tutoring students and mentoring peers, I focus on building confidence, understanding, and results. I passed the 11+ and attended King Edward VI School in Stratford-upon-Avon, where I achieved straight A* grades in A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. I also earned strong GCSEs with grades 7–9 across all subjects. I’m currently in my 4th year studying Medicine at Keele University, where I’ve continued to develop both my academic and teaching abilities. My subject specialisms are Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at GCSE and A-Level. I focus on building strong foundations, making complex topics more accessible, and improving exam technique to boost confidence and grades. I’ve supported students across a range of abilities—from those aiming for top grades to those needing tailored help to catch up. In addition, I mentor fellow medical students and the year below at university, and I offer guidance for medical school applications, including personal statements and interview prep. Hi! I'm Rory and I am a current first year Engineering Science student at the University of Oxford. I am a keen tutor with a strong academic background in STEM subjects as well as others. Outside of my academics I take part in hockey, (try to) attend the weekly park run and I am a member of the Formula Student team. I look forward to meeting you! I have finished A levels in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Further Maths and obtained 3A* and an A. Along with an A in my EPQ relating to development of Space Technologies. At GCSE I received 8 Grade 9s and 2 Grade 8s with notable 9s in Maths, Physics and English Language. I have taken part in mentoring and tutoring programs for my peers in the past prior to becoming a tutor.
