Hi, I’m Ade – GCSE Tutor (Maths and Science) I’m a graduate in IT Management for Business, and I offer tutoring in GCSE Maths and Science. With a strong academic background and a passion for helping others, I aim to make learning more approachable and less stressful for students. My sessions are tailored to each student’s needs—whether that’s boosting confidence, preparing for exams, or simply making tricky topics easier to understand. I focus on building a solid foundation while keeping lessons clear, engaging, and supportive. As someone who’s been through the GCSE journey myself, I know how important it is to have a tutor who’s patient, relatable, and explains things in a way that makes sense. I aim to create a comfortable space where students can ask questions freely and feel motivated to do their best. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy football, gaming, and all things tech—so I like to bring a bit of fun and real-world relevance to my sessions too. I completed my IT Management for Business degree with a 2:1 classification. The course combined maths, science, and business, giving me a strong mix of technical and practical knowledge. During my studies, I gained experience using IT systems, managing projects, analysing data, and improving business processes. I learned how technology, maths, and science can work together to help organisations make better decisions. I also took part in team projects that were based on real business situations. Some of the modules I did well in included Systems Analysis & Design, Business Intelligence, Strategic IT Management, and Quantitative Methods. These helped me improve my problem-solving and analytical skills and understand how to create solutions that meet people’s needs. My degree also improved my communication and critical thinking, which I now use to explain maths and science topics clearly when supporting students.

Hi, I’m Anie Jo, a licensed professional teacher and TEFL-certified educator with a passion for teaching English and Biology! I love creating a fun, supportive space where students feel confident exploring language and literature. My goal is to make learning exciting through interactive lessons while building curiosity, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree to deepen my expertise. With three years of teaching experience—two as a private tutor, one in ESL, and six months as a secondary teacher—I’ve learned to adapt to different learning styles and create engaging, personalized lessons that make learning enjoyable!

Hi, I'm Marwa. I'm currently studying mechanical engineering with a strong interest in physics. I've worked as an in-person tutor, mostly in physics and biology, I've also tutored mathematics and english at KS2 level, which helped me develop great communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways! I went to High School where I earned a grade 6 in Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology. After that, I studied at College and completed a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Applied Science with grades D*,D,D.
