Religion, Theology, Philosophy, Ethics and Film is my absolute passion and specialty! I have both an Undergraduate and a Masters Degree in the subject. I also have a PGCE and QTS with experience teaching primary school children and working one-to-one with SEN children. I hold my Level 2 in SEND. I attended York St John for both my Undergraduate and my Masters Degree in Religious Studies. In between, I gained a PGCE from Leeds Trinity and a QTS through my SCITT. Hi, I’m Caleb Jackson, a passionate and committed math teacher who enjoys guiding students through the fascinating world of mathematics. I aim to make math lessons engaging and meaningful by using interactive methods, practical real-life examples, and thoughtful problem-solving activities that help students grow in confidence and curiosity. I believe that when students feel comfortable and motivated, learning becomes both effective and enjoyable. In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, which helps sharpen my thinking skills and keeps my mind active and creative. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mindanao State University, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Physics at the University of San Carlos in Cebu, which further strengthens my ability to connect mathematical theories with practical and real-world applications. My academic training allows me to design clear, engaging lessons, adapt to different learning styles, and support students in building confidence and achieving their academic goals.
