I have always been passionate about teaching Chemistry, Psychology, and Biology, and I have been tutoring these subjects for over a year. It has been incredibly rewarding to witness students grow in confidence and develop a genuine enjoyment for subjects they once found challenging. To see young people’s interest grow as they begin to learn sciences for the first time and to help them build a better understanding of this is very rewarding. My goal is to continue helping students improve their grades by making learning engaging and accessible. When a subject feels difficult, it can be discouraging to persevere, which is why I strive to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment. As a tutor, I believe in adapting my teaching approach to each student’s unique needs, ensuring that they find the subject both approachable and interesting. I have achieved 10 GCSEs, in which I received: a Grade 9 in Chemistry, a Grade 8 in Physics, Food Preparation and Nutrition and Geography. 3 Grade 7’s in Biology, Maths and German and 3 Grade 6’s in English Literature, English Language and Religion, Psychology and Ethics. I have also achieved 3 A-levels and received: an A in Chemistry, an A in Psychology, and an A in Biology. I am currently studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Bristol.

My name is Aarushi and I am a MEng Aerospace Electronic Engineering student at University of Southampton with over 5 years of tutoring experience in Maths, Further Maths and Physics. I love making tricky topics click for others and bring energy, curiosity, and the occasional space fact to every lesson! I graduated with a First Class Honours in my undergraduate studies in Aerospace Electronic Engineering, during which I was honoured with accolades including the National AI and Robotics Student of the Year award and the prestigious Arkwright Engineering Scholarship. Hey I am Si Yeun! I'm a PhD student researching heterogeneous catalysts, and I have 1 year of experience tutoring Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics for GCSE and below students. Having had some tutoring myself during my GCSE period, I know how much of a nerve-wracking experience it is for both students and parents.
