My name is Samhita Andhavarapu and I'm a 1st year med student studying abroad! I did Maths, Chemistry and Biology at A-level I will be teaching A-Level Maths and Biology I have some experience in teaching both subjects when I used to mentor some students in high school with GCSE maths and Biology I am determined to prepare well before the class. Therefore, I will try to adapt my teaching style to the students needs and based on the best way that they learn. I got A's in both subjects at A-Level I got A's in Maths and Biology at A-Level. I received a 7 in GCSE Biology and a 9 in GCSE Maths and Further Maths. As I am now studying medicine at university I feel like my level of knowledge for Biology and Maths is strong. However, if I do not know something I will be prepared to learn and then help my student understand the concept of the topic.

I am a results-oriented, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills who has maintained a positive attitude in all situations. I enjoy learning new things, taking on challenges, and finding practical solutions to problems. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I bring a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to doing my best. My role of Head Girl at my past school, St John's College allowed me to improve my time management skills as I had to balance this role alongside my A Level examinations and UCAS deadlines. I've been a ballet dancer since the age of 4 and have completed my Grade 8 aswell as my Intermediate qualification. I've also completed my RAD Assistant Teacher Training course which helped my organisational skills and highlights my dedication to teaching others. I want to teach because I enjoy helping others understand topics they once found difficult and seeing their confidence grow. Maths can feel intimidating, and I find it rewarding to break concepts down in a clear, supportive way that makes learning feel achievable. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge while making a positive, practical difference to students’ academic journeys. Hi, I’m Arthi, a medical student at Queen Mary University of London with a strong passion for teaching. I specialise in tutoring Biology, Sciences, and Maths at all educational levels, and I’m committed to helping students build confidence, improve understanding, and reach their academic goals. My teaching is calm, structured, and adapted to each student’s pace and learning style. I completed both the IGCSEs and the IB Diploma, gaining a solid grounding in scientific and quantitative subjects. These programmes taught me how to break down complex ideas clearly — something I bring directly into my lessons. I also have experience with the UCAT, and have scored over 3000. My tutoring focuses on strengthening foundations, simplifying difficult topics, and improving exam skills through practice, active recall, and efficient revision strategies. Hi!! My name is Eimear, I’m a 20 year old girl currently in my final year studying a BA in Philosophy, politics and economics at the University of Leeds. I’ve always been a curious individual, who enjoys studying and sharing knowledge with others. During my time at sixth form, I helped a maths GCSE class in preparation for their exams. I really enjoyed this experience and it has urged me to continue to continue with tutoring. I would love to help more people to excel in education and be really proud of their achievements - no matter how big or small! I went to St Nicholas Catholic High School where I got 10 GCSEs grade 9-7 and I stayed on at Sixth Form where I achieved A*,A,A in English Literature, Maths and Religious Studies ALevels. Alongside my ALevels, I also completed an Extended Project Qualification that was awarded an A* as well. I now study a BA in PPE at University of Leeds, where I am aiming to achieve a first class. When I was in sixth form, I helped a GCSE maths class in preparation for their exams, where I conducted 1-1 sessions with various students to go over past papers and establish areas of concern. Beyond that, my degree has allowed me to continue to develop both my numerical skills as well as my written skills, so I think I have a good basis for helping students with both English and Maths (my two favourite subjects). I have work experience as a waitress and cleaner, which have helped me to communicate clearer and work well with a team. Additionally, I am Secretary of Leeds University PPE society, a task which has really developed my team building skills, my ability to organise my time and respond accordingly to comments.
