I am currently a university student studying BA International Relations at SOAS, university of London. I grew my passion for teaching through helping my friends and classmates with revision and I enjoy explaining ideas by linking it to reality, making it relatable. I am patient, friendly, and aim to create a supportive and comfortable environment where students feel confident to ask questions, develop their understanding, and build confidence in their learning. My name is Saffron, and I am a 2nd year Neuroscience student at the University of Manchester. Getting into this course at a Russel Group University required stellar GCSE and A Level grades which I was able to achieve through thorough and dedicated studies and personal teaching. I believe that active learning through frequent recall, question and answer sessions and flashcards is the best way to retain information. Combining this with practice paper questions from the start of teaching guarantees success. I recently graduated with a degree in Mathematics and have a strong passion for helping others understand and enjoy the subject. My name is Shandana Wahid. I am 18 years old and study Politics, International Studies and German at the University of Warwick. I am an experienced tutor with over 1.5 years of teaching experience in economics and politics. I have 10 GCSES, from grades 8-6, including maths, business and triple science.
