I am also a medical student, which has strengthened my discipline, problem solving skills, and passion for education. I attended a private Spanish primary school and completed part of my secondary education there, which helped me develop strong academic foundations and adaptability in learning. After moving to the UK, I completed my GCSEs and achieved excellent results, earning all 8s and 9s, including two Level 2 Distinctions. I then went on to study A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, achieving three As, and I also earned an A in AS Level Sociology in Year 12. I am currently a first year medical student at the University of Manchester, where I continue to build on my academic skills and passion for learning.

In my spare time, I enjoy singing (I'm currently taking a music theory class and hope to progress to one day play the cello) and dancing. These help me unwind and also have fun! Hey I am Si Yeun! I'm a PhD student researching heterogeneous catalysts, and I have 1 year of experience tutoring Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics for GCSE and below students. Having had some tutoring myself during my GCSE period, I know how much of a nerve-wracking experience it is for both students and parents.
