J.P Morgan Chase & Co, Quantitative Researcher Internship, Jul 2023-Aug 2023: • Supported with research in interest rate derivatives trading across EMEA and APAC markets, focusing on options pricing models and volatility surface construction for complex derivative instruments including caps, floors, and swaptions. • Collaborated on non-linear rates product development and risk management, implementing statistical models and time series analysis to support trading strategies and hedge effectiveness testing for interest rate exposure. • Conducted daily market data analysis and model validation processes, utilising Python and statistical libraries to maintain pricing accuracy and risk metrics for the derivatives book.
