I’m a passionate math tutor with a Master’s degree and over 7 years of experience, dedicated to transforming math from daunting to delightful! Since joining the amazing GoStudent team in March 2022, I’ve been on a mission to make math accessible for everyone, regardless of their starting point. I believe every student has the potential to excel, and I tailor my approach to meet individual needs, making complex concepts simple and engaging. Together, we’ll turn challenges into triumphs and discover how fun and rewarding math can be! 🎉📚 I hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics. Throughout my academic journey, I consistently strived for excellence, ranking among the top three students in my class. This commitment to my studies not only deepened my understanding of mathematical concepts but also fostered a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.

I am currently studying Medicine at the University of Plymouth. From a young age I have always enjoyed helping others as it brings happiness and joy to me. This is also the main reason why I wanted to become a tutor. In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports, particularly football and cricket. I have 2 younger brothers, so I am always entertained. I love talking and spending time with them. For secondary school, I attended the Oxford Spires Academy where I completed my GCSEs. For 6th form, I was accepted by The Cherwell School, where I completed my A-levels. At GCSE level science I achieved a grade 8/8 and at A-levels I achieved grades A in both Biology and Chemistry. In my first year of UCAS application, I did not receive any offers to study Medicine at University. However, towards the end of summer I came across an opportunity to study medicine through an alternative route. The University of Plymouth were offering a one-year transfer from Biomed to Medicine providing one achieved 3 As at A-levels, maintained a 70% pass rate across all modules in 1st year and passed the interview for Medicine. In the previous year only 2/23 applicants were successful in this route. Although this was intense, I was able to successfully transfer from Biomed to Medicine after the 1st year. Hi, my name is Mads! I am currently attending the University St Andrews, studying for an MLitt in Intellectual History, which is essentially the history of learning and thinking. I recently graduated from the University of Warwick with a first class BA in Modern History. I’m a friendly and approachable tutor, excited to share my love for learning. I teach subjects I have studied previously and still integrate into the focus of my degree, so I continue to study them now! Hi! I’m Aldrin Morgan, a friendly and experienced math tutor with over 13 years of teaching experience. I help students understand math in a clear, simple, and stress-free approach, focusing on building confidence and strong problem-solving skills. I make learning engaging by using real-life applications, clear step-by-step explanations, and interactive practice. My lessons are supportive, structured, and tailored to each student’s learning style, helping them improve at their own pace. My goal is to make math feel less intimidating and more achievable, while creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable by asking questions and celebrating progress. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering and I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering major in Communications (dissertation left) which gave me a strong foundation in mathematics, logic, and analytical thinking. My academic background, combined with experience in classroom management and student-centered teaching practices, supports my ability to teach complex mathematical concepts in a clear and effective manner, helping students strengthen both their understanding and confidence in math.
