Hello! I'm Sila, an aspiring Chemistry student studying at University College London :) My main goal as a tutor is to get a firm understanding on my student's weak areas and plan lessons efficiently to help them as much as possible. I am dedicated to help tutees reach their full potential through the way that they learn and thrive the best! I attended Buxton school and finished my GCSE's with grades 9 in Biology and Chemistry, an 8 in physics, and a 7 in maths. I studied my A levels at City of London Academy Southwark and achieved A,A,A in Biology, Chemistry and Business Studies. In my gap year I worked as a tutor teaching remotely and physically. The subjects I taught were Chemistry as well as Biology.

Hi! My name is Amy and I’m currently studying Maths and Philosophy at the University of Leeds. I am a Maths tutor aiming to help students between KS2 and GCSE level to enjoy and understand Maths. Beyond studying, I have a passion for dancing and love to perform on stage. When I am not dancing, I also love to solve puzzles and riddles. Initially, I attended All Saints Primary School. Then, I went to Greenbank High School and received 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from 7-9. I took a mix of GCSE subjects from Dance and Drama to History and Further Maths. After High School, I attended Runshaw College. I completed A-levels in Maths, Psychology and English Literature and earned grades AAC. I also completed an AS-level in Further Maths and earned a grade C. I am currently completing a BSc Maths and Philosophy honours degree programme at the University of Leeds. I have completed my second year and will hopefully be graduating in the summer of 2026.

I’m passionate about teaching and problem-solving. I keep learning new techniques to solve the problems and help students in growing their area. I specialise in Maths and Physics at both primary and secondary school levels. I’ve spent years helping classmates during my own studies and guiding my own children up to GCSE levels to improve their grades. I completed my school and university education from India and I am a Engineering graduate in Computer Science. I have worked with global corporates in IT sector.
