I'm a dedicated and patient tutor with a strong passion for helping students build confidence and achieve academic success. I have achieved high grades in both GCSEs and A-levels, and have worked with a range of students. Whether a student needs help preparing for exams, catching up in class, or wants to get ahead, I focus on creating a positive and supportive learning environment. My goal is to help students improve their grades while also inspiring curiosity and helping them form strategies for success. I have completed both my GCSEs and A-Levels in the UK, achieving strong results across a range of academic subjects. At GCSE level, I studied core subjects including English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, and the Sciences, along with Citizenship, Geography, French and RE, which gave me a well-rounded academic foundation. For A-Levels, I chose to pursue Biology, English Literature and Politics, which not only deepened my subject knowledge but also developed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am looking forward to studying law at university in October.

My goal is to create a positive and engaging environment where students feel encouraged to learn, explore, and grow both academically and personally. I'm committed to making learning meaningful and enjoyable, and I'm excited to make a lasting impact on my students' lives. In my free time, I love to read books, bake delicious treats, and go for morning jogs, which keep me energized and inspired throughout the day. I hold a degree in Elementary Education with a major in General Education, which has given me a solid foundation in teaching methods and linguistics. My studies have equipped me to plan captivating lessons, manage classrooms efficiently, and adapt my teaching strategies to cater to various learning styles. I am dedicated to ensuring that every student feels encouraged, empowered, and excited to learn.

I have just started university and I am eager to help my students in a supportive way with a dynamic based on mutual respect. Outside of my studies I love to watch football, go on hikes in the South Downs and read the financial times, as I am of course interested in any developments in markets. I went to Sackville School, East Grinstead and completed 12 GCSE's and one level 2 certificate in Further Maths, all at grade 7 and above. I then progressed to my A-Levels, achieving A*AAA in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics. During my time I also gained a Gold Certificate in the Senior Maths Challenge and participated in the Senior Maths Kangaroo, whilst also participating in the FCDO Next generation Economics essay competition.

Welcome to my profile. I teach 11+, GCSE Science (physics, chemistry, and biology), and Mathematics. I use notes and revision resources that have been carefully tailored to each student's specific needs. With their exam board content, revision/practice questions, and particularly repeated past papers, I have been able to instill confidence, critical thinking, and a genuine understanding of the subject in all of my students while ensuring they enjoy the process. I look forward to beginning this journey with you. I have over 4 years (1000+ hours) of experience teaching these subjects: GCSE Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Mathematics, and 11+. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering and an international teaching certificate (TESOL). I bring both academic expertise and practical teaching experience to my lessons. Having achieved top grades (A**) in GCSE Mathematics, Physics, and Biology, I understand the challenges students face and tailor my teaching to help them succeed.
