Hi everyone, my name's Saoban, but you can call me Sao. I’m a medical student whose focus is on Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, but I can teach a range of subjects. My academic background is science-focused, which medicine requires a strong foundation in. I apply this directly in my teaching. Outside of teaching and medicine, I’m interested in fitness, health science, and personal development. I enjoy understanding how the body works and how small improvements compound over time - I find the same principle applies to studying. I am a third-year medical student with exposure to core pre-clinical sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) at a university level I completed my GCSEs (including triple science) in Sherborne Qatar senior school, and moved to Doha College for my ALevels (Biology, Chemistry, Maths)

As a current university student, I understand the challenges of academic work and exams. I hope to instil resilience and confidence in students by offering clear explanations, practical study strategies and focused support tailored to each students goals. My sessions are structured but friendly and help students feel comfortable whilst making real progress. I graduated Secondary School with 3 A Levels: English Literature (A*), Politics and Government (A*), History of Art (A) and and Extended Project Qualification (A). I am currently a student of the Dual BA Program between Trinity College Dublin and Columbia University meaning I am working on two BA degrees (one from each institution) simultaneously over four years. Both degrees are in English Literature but I hope to minor in History of Art for my Columbia degree.

Starting from a state school, I made my way up to a grammar school for sixth form and I am currently in my final year studying Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial College London. My hobbies include photography, dance, fitness, art and modelling. I’m currently a medical student and I really like passing my knowledge to young people and helping them achieve the goals that they want. I aspire to create a safe, friendly environment for students, where they can ask me for help whenever. With a deep passion for education, I strive to instil not only knowledge but also critical thinking skills and confidence in my students. I attended Southend High School for Girls and completed my GCSEs there. For A levels,I moved to Southend High School for Boys. Currently i am a medical student at the University of Nottingham. I have about a year of tutoring experience from beforehand, and i have worked at ExploreLearning for a few months.
