Building on this foundation, I completed A-Levels in History, Tamil, Psychology, and Religious Studies, achieving AABB. My passion for law led me to the University of Kent, where I graduated with a First-Class LLB (Hons). I have since completed a Master’s degree in Law, alongside the Legal Practice Course, and am currently working at a law firm, where I am on track to qualify as a solicitor this year. Alongside my legal training, I am also pursuing a diploma in Mridangam and currently hold Grade 7. My academic development has been complemented by extensive practical legal experience gained through internships, volunteering, and hands-on work within practice, giving me a strong understanding of both legal theory and its real-world application. Hi! My name is Layla, and I tutor Sciences, Maths, and English as a Foreign Language. I work with students of all ages, from primary and KS3 through to GCSE and A-Level, and I support all major exam boards. I help students with exam preparation, strengthening core skills, and building confidence in English communication. My teaching style is friendly and adaptable—I break down difficult topics into clear, simple steps, use real-life examples, and tailor lessons to each student’s learning style. I believe learning should be enjoyable as well as effective, and I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel motivated and confident. I completed my A-levels at a Sixth Form College in Biology, Maths, Chemistry, and an EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) dissertation, where I researched how sleep and stress intertwine and affect wellbeing. I am looking to tutor students in GCSE Biology, Maths and Physics as well as A level Biology. I am currently in my 1st year studying medicine at Brunel University. I have completed my A-levels in Biology (A), Chemistry (B) and Maths (B). I did 11 GCSEs including Biology (9), Chemistry (9), Physics (8), Maths (8) and Further Maths (7). For A-level I am most familiar with OCR A spec and for GCSE , AQA.

Hi! My name is Oliver, but everyone calls me Ollie, and I have been studying Politics at the University of Warwick since September 2023. I did A-Levels in my home city of Liverpool. I love my subject and I love teaching children as I have done before working at Kumon. I play instruments with my favourite being the drum kit, and I love playing board games with people! I also sometimes go skiing with my family. I completed my A-levels in Mathematics, Psychology, and Politics at the Liverpool Blue Coat Grammar School in 2023 and am currently studying Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick. I am experienced in teaching both English and Mathematics from ages 4-16 at various levels, as I have done so for Kumon for a number of years before and during lockdown.
