Getting into this course at a Russel Group University required stellar GCSE and A Level grades which I was able to achieve through thorough and dedicated studies and personal teaching. I believe that active learning through frequent recall, question and answer sessions and flashcards is the best way to retain information. Combining this with practice paper questions from the start of teaching guarantees success. I have availability for students as per my calendar availability. I also work with students on a weekly basis at a minimum to ensure momentum and consistency for the student. My latest start time for lessons is 6pm and I start lessons on the hour to maximise my availability for students. I have been an educator and trainer for over 17 years and love nothing more than seeing students achieve their goals. I am a scuba diving instructor as my main role and work all over the world. I enjoy watching Netflix and love diving even when I am not in work. I have been lucky to see a lot of the world through all my roles during my career. I tutor 11+, English up to the end of year 9 only and also tutor mathematics and science up to GCSE. I have knowledge of all UK countries curriculum and also the German curriculum. I myself completed the 11+ equivalent when younger and understand the commitment and learning that is needed to succeed. My favourite subjects in school were maths, science and physical education. I am also experienced in working with children with additional learning needs.

Hello! I am Riddhi. I was a graduate student studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Edinburgh 2021-22 and have now switched to web development recently. I am particularly interested in teaching Physics as well as Mathematics, as I can confidently claim that I have developed a deep intuition for both of these disciplines over the years. I believe that learning both Maths and Physics can be made into a fun process if taught accurately! I have done a Post-graduation course in Theoretical Physics. Apart from my personal education, my tutoring expertise lies in teaching Physics from Year 8 till Year 13, as well as teaching Maths till Year 9. I have been in the tutoring profession for past 5 years now. My greatest achievement so far would be getting a student from zero interest in studying Physics, to teaching them beyond their current year curriculum within just months. Being a Masters student, I understand the necessity for learning certain conventions (the hardest bit for a lot of students) in Physics and Maths, understanding which makes students grasp the subject matter much more efficiently.
