Hi! I am a friendly and supportive tutor specialising in Biology A-level/ GCSE, and Chemistry GCSE. I achieved A* AA in these subjects at A level and have experience tutoring students within school. I studied AQA exam boards for Biology and Chemistry, and Edexcel for Maths. My sessions will focus on building confidence and understanding by using past exam questions as examples to highlight key concepts and how to approach them during exams. During the sessions, we will work through topics that you may struggle on together and practice with exam-style questions so you’re fully prepared. Hello! My name is Samantha, and I have just finished a PhD in History and Politics at the University of Cambridge. I wrote a dissertation on nineteenth-century Italian political thought and successfully defended it with no corrections recommended. I have been a university teacher (for both History and Politics) since 2023 and a tutor for schools and private customers since 2020. I also have direct experience with university admissions, having run Politics interviews at the University of Cambridge.
