I’m Ashwini! I'm currently doing a Masters in Natural Sciences specialising in Maths and Physics. I tutor online for GCSE and A-level Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Combined Science. I love helping students get that “click” moment, turning tricky topics into something clear, confident, and even enjoyable! Lessons are high-energy but structured: we build understanding fast, practise the skills that earn marks, and get real progress. Outside tutoring I play piano, rock climb, train in the gym/boxing and enjoy art. I’m currently studying a Masters in Natural Sciences at Durham University, specialising primarily in Mathematics and Physics. My degree is highly quantitative and has given me strong problem-solving, clear mathematical communication, and the ability to break complex ideas into simple, teachable steps. This background means I’m particularly strong at teaching key GCSE and A-level areas where students often get stuck: building physical intuition in mechanics (forces, moments, energy, motion), vectors, and the maths that underpins progress — algebra, trigonometry, and calculus (differentiation and integration) taught in an exam-focused, step-by-step way. I also studied Chemistry modules in my first year, which strengthened both my subject knowledge and my ability to teach Chemistry clearly. I’m confident supporting students with the parts of Chemistry that often feel hardest: moles, organic chemistry, bonding and structure, equilibria, acids and bases, and practical-style questions where method matters. Overall, my education means I can help students not just memorise content, but understand it well enough to apply it confidently in exam questions.

Currently, I am pursuing advanced studies to further enhance my skills and knowledge. My name is Nitin, I am a finance graduate that enjoys playing chess, staying active and keeping up with football. As an Arsenal fan I have a lot of dedication and patience. My top subjects would include business/economics, computer science and mathematics. I attended a grammar school in Staffordshire where I completed 10 GSCEs including triple sciences. I also completed 3 A - Levels for Mathematics, Economics and Computer Science along with having an AS - Level in Physics. I completed my degree, BSc Money, Banking & Finance at the University of Birmingham.

I have been tutoring with GoStudent for almost a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Please note I do not take adult learners at this time. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a first-class degree in History, also having taken papers in Classics and Theology. I won several prizes during my degree, including three prize scholarships and the Roy Porter Prize for History in my second year. Prior to my degree, I took three A-Levels in History, Maths and English, receiving all A*s, and prior to that, ten GCSEs, receiving all 9s.
