Hi, I'm Ka. Originally, I come from Macau, China. I have lived abroad in the Netherlands, the UK, and Spain. Throughout my adventures, I have also embraced the role of a teacher for over 5 years. It has been a rewarding and fulfilling journey, contributing to the growth and education of others. These diverse experiences have shaped me into the person I am today, fostering a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a commitment to lifelong learning I graduated with first-class honors from Business School in the Netherlands. Following my academic achievement, I embarked on a fulfilling career journey, serving as a teacher assistant and tutor for over 5 years in London. During this time, I gained invaluable experience in educational support, curriculum development, and student mentorship, contributing to the academic success and personal growth of many students.

I have experience teaching in both primary and secondary schools. I feel I am able to inspire and encourage children of all levels to reach their full potential. 11 plus( mainly English), private school exam preparation, essay writing, ESL are among tuition experiences I have had in the past. For young students I plan my lesson with lots of games. They enjoy learning via playing. Whereas for adult students I plan tailored lessons according their targets, interests and level. I am positive, encouraging, approachable person. Reading, running and traveling are among long list of my hobbies and interests. I am patient and always listen to my students needs and constantly monitor their progress. Always try to plan my lessons as interactive and enjoyable as I can. I can’t wait to meet new students to guide and support them through their learning journey.

I am Currently learning Spanish and Turkish and have recently taken up indoor climbing and in particular bouldering as a hobby. I enjoy reading and researching about not only topics associated with Chemical Engineering but on many different subjects, from geography to psychology, particularly through attending seminars and creating strong relationships with those from other disciplines. I enjoy travel and experiencing different cultures. Having travelled to Russia, North America, and Europe. Recently travelled to Geneva to take a guided tour round CERN, observe the LHC and converse with many leading minds at the forefront of scientific discovery. Completed 10 GCSE's including Maths, English and Sciences at Langley Secondary School, Solihull Achieved 3 A levels in Maths, Chemistry and Physics from Solihull Sixth Form College Have a First Class BEng degree form the University of Hull and will graduate with a First Class MEng degree in chemical engineering in July 2026 from the University of Hull

Hi, my name is Kevin and I am an Actuarial Science Undergraduate at the London School of Economics. I teach Maths and Chemistry at GCSE level, where I attained 9s and A*s at A-Level. I am driven to helping you reach and heighten your potential and goals and I will always do so in a manner that you enjoy and benefit from. Our time together will always be a two-way street and I am available whenever you need me, not only for classes but checking work and marking papers, etc. I went to King Edward VI Grammar School for secondary school and sixth form, and now I am in my penultimate year of a BSc Actuarial Science Degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Now, I aim to graduate with a high classification in 2025 before becoming a qualified actuary.

Hello, I am currently a masters degree student in applied aquatic biology at the University of Portsmouth. I have experience with AQA GCSE biology and Eduqas A level biology exam boards. I am fluent in English. I have grown up tutoring my younger sister and disabled brother who suffers with brain damage and epilepsy so have some experience with disabilities. I would preferably like to tutor primary to A-level. I enjoy marine mammal research, skiing and sailing in my spare time as well as musical theatre. I’ve just graduated the University of Portsmouth with a First class degree in Marine Biology. I took triple science, higher maths, geography, drama, photography, English literature and Language, and ECDL at GCSE and biology, environmental science and performing arts A level.

Hi, I'm Shannon. I'm originally from Northern Ireland but I have lived in Scotland, France, Spain and now I reside in sunny Manchester. I have taught English, French and Spanish in Secondary Schools for the last few years. I believe that teaching cultural aspects alongside language is vital and I find that using music and TV are excellent ways to stay engaged with a language too. Let me know what you would like to work on or if you have any questions at all! I went to school in Northern Ireland where I got 6 A*s and 2 As. I then went on to study Spanish and French at the university of Stirling. After spending time teaching English in France and Spain, I did my PGCE training in Liverpool. I am also currently completing my TEFL certification at the moment. Other qualifications from my time at school include the Duke of Edinburgh awards.
