Das eigenständige Lernen hat mir nicht nur viel Spaß gemacht, sondern auch mein Interesse daran geweckt, anderen zu helfen. Meine erste "Schülerin" war meine Schwester, die sich oft in den einzelnen Schritten eines Problems verlor. Durch sie habe ich gelernt, scheinbar einfache Konzepte noch klarer und verständlicher zu erklären. Später unterstützte ich auch mehrere Mitschüler dabei, ihre Mathematiknoten zu verbessern. I am competent at tutoring pupils in the Irish educational system up to the Leaving Certificate. As a tutor, I've always felt driven to go above and beyond the curriculum's standards to make sure the student thoroughly understands the material. In order to assist the students, I want to first earn their trust by showing them that I have their best interests at heart. I then want to work really hard with them, urge them to give their all, and ensure that they remain motivated throughout. In my classes, I make sure that the lesson is first clearly explained to the students, beginning with the basics and making sure they understand it. From there, I build on that knowledge but most importantly, a foundation should be built.
