I am a university student studying material science and engineering with a passion for creating change in society with whatever I do whether little or small. I've been tutoring and peer mentoring for the last few years now however I am eager to learn new skills and take a different approach so I am beginning to venture within the world of online tutoring. I do this because I have a passion for helping people as so much has been done for me in my past it is only right to give back! I look forward to seeing you soon!

I have been tutoring with GoStudent for almost a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Please note I do not take adult learners at this time. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a first-class degree in History, also having taken papers in Classics and Theology. I won several prizes during my degree, including three prize scholarships and the Roy Porter Prize for History in my second year. Prior to my degree, I took three A-Levels in History, Maths and English, receiving all A*s, and prior to that, ten GCSEs, receiving all 9s.

Hi, I'm a 24 year old economics student at the university of Liverpool. I teach maths, economics, chemistry and biology. My areas of interest, outside of economics, are football and F1. In my free time I enjoy reading, running, watching movies and television. I am studying economics at the University of Liverpool. I studied chemistry (A) physics (B) and maths (A*) at A-level. As well as this I taught myself an AS level in further maths (B). I am constantly trying to improve my knowledge as well in my free time.

I am Hamdan Ahmed Sheikh, a medical student at Cardiff University tutoring GCSE students in the sciences and maths. I believe that the main role of tutoring is to cater to a student’s individual needs and my sessions will be planned with this in mind. We will work together to find areas of strength and improvement in your learning and work to address each of them so that you can get the best possible results in your exams. Having completed my A-level exams in June 2023, I am aware of the requirements of the current curriculum and the demands this places on a student. Hi, I’m Maite! I’m a native German speaker and teach German at all levels — Primary, GCSE, and A-Level. Besides German and English, I also speak French and Spanish. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies with a minor in Educational Science, which deepened my understanding of cross-cultural learning, communication, and how to make complex ideas accessible. During my time at university, I spent over three years tutoring children of different ages, working in a programme led by the German federal government to support children from migrant and refugee backgrounds in their school learning. I am now excited to work with adults as well. When I think back to my own school years, the teachers who inspired me most were those whose honest passion made even my least favourite subjects enjoyable.
