I am a dedicated mechanical engineering student at Queen Mary's University of London with a passion for mathematics. Since 2019, I have been sharing my love for math through tutoring, helping students grasp challenging concepts and achieve their academic goals. My deep understanding of math, combined with my practical experience as an engineering student, allows me to provide real-world insights into the subject. Whether it's algebra, calculus, or any math topic, I am committed to making learning an enjoyable and productive experience for my students. Let's work together to unlock your full math potential! I did my GCSEs at a Secondary School in South London where I got 9 in Maths, English Literature, Biology and Chemistry and 8 in Physics, History, Spanish and English Language. At A Level I received As in Maths, Chemistry and Physics. I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering (MEng) at Queen Mary University of London.

I’m a mechanical engineering student who enjoys learning, staying active, and improving at things over time. Outside academics, I train Muay Thai and play squash, which keeps me disciplined and focused. I’m naturally curious, patient, and I like explaining ideas in a way that actually makes sense to people. I value consistency, good communication, and personal growth, both in and out of education. I try to bring a calm, supportive energy to everything I do, because people learn best when they feel comfortable and understood. I teach A-Level Maths, and GCSE Maths, Chemistry and Physics. Dixons City Academy - achieved GCSEs 999999888777 Bradford Grammar School - achieved A-Levels A*A*AAA in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Design Technology and Chemistry respectively. I studied for Chemistry independently. I am currently a full-time Mechanical Engineering (MEng) student at the University of Bristol, and I intend to do a placement year in industry in my third year.

About Me Primary level: Maths, English and Science GCSE: English, History and Religious Studies A Level: Government and Politics Degree: Law LLB First Class Honours Exam board exp: AQA, Edexcel and OCR Experience with: KS2/ KS3/ KS4/ 11+ and Government and Politics A Level English: English and Urdu Experience with: Autism Preferred student age group: 8-18 About me: Hi, I am Simra and I am a First Class Honours Law graduate I have a passion for teaching English. I believe in the importance of not only studying a subject but enjoying it too, and I feel that through my various methods of explanation, I would be able to engage the students positively. Every student deserves access to reach their full potential and I strive to do this in the best way for them. I understand that there is not an umbrella method of teaching and therefore I am happy to accommodate each student's way of learning. I know the importance of English not only in a school setting but in life in general and I want to equip the students with the best knowledge of English, that they can apply to all forms of life. I also thoroughly enjoy teaching KS2 and KS3 maths as I am very comfortable with the content. I know the various methods to make maths easier for someone who did not grasp maths as easily as I did English. History has always been my favourite subject both at GCSE and A level and I would love to share my passion and knowledge of the subject. I studied 10 GCSEs in a range of subjects and English and Humanities have always been my strength. Hence I have a passion for transferring my knowledge to other students. At A Level I studied Government and Politics, RS and History which were all essay-based subjects. Through studying these subjects I understand the importance of being to write eloquently and thoroughly which is a life skill, regardless of the career you decide to pursue. I have completed a LLB Law, with a First Class and I am currently studying the Bar Practice Course.

GCSE - English Literature/Language A Level - English Literature/Philosophy My name is Jyotsna and my interests are in philosophy, reading and writing, hence why I want to teach the lot! My teaching style is mostly discussion-based - almost like Socratic questioning. I believe this helps ideas and concepts stay in your mind for longer, as the student is the one that has to do the intellectual heavy lifting. I have just started the first year of my philosophy degree at the University of Durham, after having completed English Literature and Philosophy A-Level. I have tutored a GCSE English student before and have also led KS3 philosophy society, where we have discussions based on the A Level Philosophy syllabus (Utilitarianism, Kant’s deontological ethics and Aristotleian virtue ethics).

Hello my names is Chandy ! Learning a language should be exciting, not intimidating — and that’s exactly how my lessons feel. I’ve lived in six different countries, worked in both education and the business world, and I bring that international energy straight into my classes. I’m a native French speaker with a big love for Spanish language and Hispanic culture, so you’ll learn real, useful language — the kind people actually speak — along with the cultural tips that make you sound natural. I’m known for being extremely patient, but don’t worry, I’ll also encourage you (nicely!) to step outside your comfort zone and grow fast. My lessons are dynamic, supportive, and tailored to you — no boring drills, no pressure. Just progress, confidence, and plenty of “aha!” moments. Learn with me, and I promise your French or Spanish will go through the roof — and you’ll have fun getting there too 🚀 I am a qualified Modern Foreign Languages teacher with a strong international academic background. I hold a PGCE with QTS in MFL, which underpins my professional practice in secondary and adult education. I also completed a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing in Leeds, complementing my teaching profile with a solid understanding of communication, strategy, and the business environment. My undergraduate studies include a Bachelor’s degree in European Business Management in Reims, providing me with a multidisciplinary and multilingual foundation. I obtained my Baccalaureate in Economics in Munich, further strengthening my academic and cultural international exposure.

Hi, I'm Chidi, 22 and tutoring English and Music! I've always enjoyed meeting new people, and helping others out with things I'm good at, so tutoring is just the perfect role. I'd say I'm pretty relaxed, confident, but kind and understanding. I like to take it easy and honestly can't remember the last time I had a temper. I crack myself up, but my friends would beg to differ. A pity chuckle here and there is enough to boost my ego. I'm a Master's student at the University of Liverpool, studying Music Industry at the moment! I’ve been tutoring for a year now, and have massively helped all of my students improve their grades & confidence In my free time, I produce music, play the piano, guitar or sing, edit videos, play League of Legends (unfortunately), and get lost into the endless void of TikTok.

Hi, my name is Jean and I am a Leaving Certificate Biology tutor. I am a third year medical student and I received a H1 in Biology. I have an excellent knowledge of the paper and would love the opportunity to share the information that I have. My teaching style would focus more on recalling information and would be more question based which is a technique that helped me to get 625 points in my Leaving Cert and continues to help me to achieve great results in my exam. However, my teaching style will adapt based on the student. I have accumulated a large bank of exam questions. Practising past exam questions are essential to achieving good results in the Leaving Cert Biology Exam I am a third year medical student. My knowledge of biology has only expanded since doing my leaving cert. I have been teaching on GoStudent for over a year and have really enjoyed working with both fifth and sixth year students. I have a certificate in effective communications. I have previous experience teaching ballet. I completed my Leaving Certificate in 2021 and I sat all of my written examinations. I received a H1 in Biology
