Hi! I’m Ife and as a recent medical graduate, I bring not only a deep understanding of science but also a passion for sharing knowledge and nurturing academic growth. Having served as a classroom assistant for children with special educational needs and disabilities, I possess the patience and adaptability required to cater to diverse learning styles. Additionally, my experience teaching science to year 7 students showcases my ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. With a focus on fostering both academic achievement and a love for learning, I prioritize creating a supportive and engaging environment for my students. Whether we're tackling Biology, Chemistry, or any other subject, I am dedicated to helping your child reach their full potential. Rest assured, with me as your child's tutor, they will receive personalized attention and guidance tailored to their individual needs. Let's work together to cultivate a foundation of knowledge and curiosity that will serve them well in their academic journey and beyond. Obtaining my MD degree from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland has been a transformative journey, equipping me with a diverse array of skills and experiences. Throughout my medical education, I've not only delved deep into the intricacies of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology but also honed invaluable skills such as communication, empathy, and problem-solving. As a medical student, effective communication has been paramount in every aspect of my training. Whether it's conducting patient interviews, collaborating with colleagues, or presenting cases, I've learned to articulate complex medical information with clarity and compassion, fostering understanding and trust in healthcare settings. Moving away from home forced me to become a resilient and adaptable individual and I’m forever grateful for my time in Poland. Beyond academia, my professional journey has been multifaceted. Working as a Healthcare Assistant in various nursing homes, I've gained hands-on experience in providing holistic care and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support patients' needs. My time in retail and warehouse roles at Sainsbury's and Amazon respectively has further enhanced my adaptability and work ethic. These experiences have instilled in me essential skills such as time management, organization, and customer service, which are invaluable in any professional/tutoring setting. Furthermore, my extensive volunteer work reflects my commitment to community service and making a positive impact. Whether it's providing first aid with St. John Ambulance, assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities as a Classroom Assistant, or supporting the elderly at an Age Concern Centre, I've consistently demonstrated a dedication to serving others with empathy and compassion. Overall, my education and experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded individual, ready to excel in any challenge I undertake

GCSE - English Literature/Language A Level - English Literature/Philosophy My name is Jyotsna and my interests are in philosophy, reading and writing, hence why I want to teach the lot! My teaching style is mostly discussion-based - almost like Socratic questioning. I believe this helps ideas and concepts stay in your mind for longer, as the student is the one that has to do the intellectual heavy lifting. I have just started the first year of my philosophy degree at the University of Durham, after having completed English Literature and Philosophy A-Level. I have tutored a GCSE English student before and have also led KS3 philosophy society, where we have discussions based on the A Level Philosophy syllabus (Utilitarianism, Kant’s deontological ethics and Aristotleian virtue ethics).

I started tutoring during my first year of university and absolutely loved it! I am a bit older now (and hopefully wiser), currently undergoing training to become a commercial pilot. I graduated from the University of Nottingham (Politics and International Relations) with First Class Honours with the Academic Excellence Award. I know how to write and structure a first-class piece of academic work (and arguably more importantly a bad one!). Just get in touch and I can help with anything you might be struggling with. I am a patient and engaging tutor and always work hard to improve a student’s confidence as well as their underlying knowledge. Exam technique is crucial for securing the top grades and I dedicate a lot of time to making sure my student knows how to answer a question in the correct manner. Outside of tutoring, I love sport and play football, golf and tennis.

We were delighted with the quality of tutoring that we received from Sivapriya. My son had regular computer science tutorials with her and always looked forward to his sessions. Her lessons were fun and he always finished feeling excited about what he had learned. He also enjoyed the games they would play to help get in the right mindset for the lesson and to understand the concepts. Her explanations and real life examples were clear and she was always very helpful when our son needed more clarification on a subject. The homework was challenging and fun and the feedback was always helpful. Sivapriya was always quick to respond to any queries that we had. We would definitely recommend her to other families looking for a good tutor.

The teacher is experienced in the exams (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), so she gives important hints to the students to make it easier for them, if they face a problem, while giving the exam.

What are A-levels?
A-level stands for ‘advanced level’, which gives you a good indication of how difficult they can be. Students usually work towards achieving their A-levels over two years, taking three or four courses in the first year of Sixth Form and three in the second year.
Are A-levels difficult?
The shift from GCSE to A-levels is huge, and many students get caught out as they’re expecting a gentle jump.
A-levels require an increased level of independence. Some kids thrive on this newfound taste of adulthood whereas others take more time to adjust.
What is an A-level exam?
A-level exams take place at the end of each year, with the second-year exam testing content from both years.
Non-exam assessments only make up 20% or less of the final grade. That’s why nailing the exams is crucial.
Who can take A-level exams?
Requirements vary between different schools and colleges, but generally speaking your child will need:
When will your child need help with their A-levels?
Many children benefit from tuition right from the start, as the jump from GCSEs is more like a vertical rock climb than a jog up a hill.
If your child struggles with planning their study time, their tutor can guide them on the best study practices and help create a learning schedule.
Why A-level private tutoring works
When should my child start revising for their A-levels?
How much time is needed will depend upon how much effort your child put in during the year and how hard they found the content. Ideally, leave at least a few months for revision and longer if they are taking more than three A-levels.
How do you revise for A-levels?
Just reading over notes and books isn’t enough to solidify information in the brain. Your child will need a study timetable so they can ensure they have time to revise everything in detail.
Our dedicated A-level online tutors will provide homework and exam papers to practise on and will keep you up-to-date on your child’s progress.
Book your free trial lesson today and breathe a sigh of relief. At GoStudent, we make sure that every one of our professional and experienced A-level tutors has been there, aced that, so your child is in safe hands.
How affordable is private A Levels tuition?
The cost of private A Levels tuition can be as low as £21.99. The price of each individual lesson is dependent on how long your child would like tuition support and how many lessons they take per week. The more they learn, the lower the price of each lesson! Why not book a free trial session for you and your child to see how we can help?
How many other levels does GoStudent offer other than A Levels tuition?
As well as private A Levels tuition, GoStudent can help your child with 11 other levels. Pick from many subjects including Italian, English, Physics.
