In 2021, I graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester with a Bachelors Degree in Drama and I am currently midway through my Insurance Chartership. I currently work full-time as an Insurance Consultant but the highlight of my week, is supporting students on their academic journeys! :) I started my tutoring journey during my A-Level years (between 2016-2018). Despite only being once a week, I started helping year seven or eights who were struggling with their English homework. The tutoring then progressed to university where I did teaching modules alongside my degree (to which, I received a First grading) and started teaching English/French to private students throughout the nearby Leicester area. I have been established on the GoStudent platform as a freelance tutor since the January of 2022 and on the 4th of January 2024, I received my 500th lesson certificate. Since January 2022, I have delivered over 800 lessons on this platform, alone.
