Before joining the Sussex I obtained my masters degree in chemistry from the University of York graduating with first-class honours. I particularly enjoy spending time in the lab, with my work being focused on developing new chemical reactions. Typically, my lessons consist of explaining concepts to students that they have been struggling with, followed by crucial problem-solving and exam practice to build confidence. I have recently completed my master's research project at the University of York and will be graduating with a First-Class Honours degree this July. I am excited to be continuing to study chemistry, undertaking a PhD in organic synthesis this September. I am currently studying product design and manufacture at the University of Nottingham.
