I am an Education graduate from the University of Oxford. I am passionate about working in collaboration with parents and class teachers as well as with my students to bring out the best of the potential in everyone. I specialise in KS2 English and Maths and I am currently an academic mentor with the DfE's National Tutoring Programme in an East London Primary School. I hold a BA(hons) in English with Creative Writing with a focus on cultural studies, writing short stories, poetry and for children. I have completed a PGCE in Education from the University of Oxford. I am currently enrolled in the NCTEM maths hub training for maths excellence.

I have several years experience of teaching English abroad and in the UK. I'm a second-year student at the University of Warwick, studying History & Sociology. I specialise in History and English, and specifically essay writing. Although, I am happy to help you with anything else you may struggle with, and I can quickly learn about any topic you want to work on as well. I hope I can be a good tutor to those who want my help. I enjoy reading a lot, my favourite book is Once in a House on Fire - Andrea Ashworth as it tells a tale of a girl who has come from a struggled upbringing due to her step dads and I just feel her emotions throughout the book are very relatable to readers and I resonated well with the morals being taught within the autobiography. I practiced photography and enjoy capturing landscape photos.

Hi I’m Emily, I’m from the Norfolk coast, I love watersports and living on the beach. I have travelled extensively and love meeting people from all over the world on my travels. I enjoyed learning about their different cultures and I am very interested in communication and conversation. I have taught as an online tutor, teaching Spanish adults and high school age students.
