Hello! I'm Sophie from Manchester and I teach Primary English and Spanish. I love teaching and I've been doing it for the past 3 years. My classes are fun, interactive and dynamic. I am 21 years old and I am currently studying English Literature at Durham University. I absolutely love to travel and I am a qualified ski instructor and have done two seasons teaching in Canada and New Zealand. I am also a keen runner and I am currently training for a charitable half marathon. Additionally, I absolutely love literature! My favourite books are 'The Great Gatsby,' and 'The Unbearable Lightness of Being' and 'The Picture of Dorian Gray.' I attended King's High School for Girls for my whole secondary education. I studied History, Geography and English Literature at A level during covid and received an A* in all three subjects. Following my A levels I took a gap year and I am now in my second year Studying English Literature at Durham University, and I am on track to achieve a first when I graduate next year.

I'm an English Teacher from Ireland with a level 5 certificate in TEFL. I am currently living in Alicante, Spain where I am currently teaching with an English academy. I have experience teaching children from the age of five all the way up to adults. I have experience teaching all levels of English, from basic levels up to advanced levels. I am currently studying in my second year of my PhD in Forensic Science. I have a BSc in Forensic Science and I have been teaching in schools for the last 6 months, as well as lecturing in colleges and universities for the last 2 years.
