Hi! I’m Gracy, a third-year Law student at the University of Warwick! I’ve been tutoring for over six years and love helping students build confidence, deepen their understanding, and reach their academic goals- whether that’s preparing for exams or simply feeling more comfortable with a subject. I tutor a range of subjects including English, Maths, and 11+ preparation, and I always tailor my approach to suit each student’s learning style and exam board. I’m passionate about seeing students thrive and grow in their abilities, and I genuinely enjoy supporting them throughout their academic journey. Creating a positive, encouraging learning environment is at the heart of everything I do. I attended City of London School for Girls for both Secondary School and Sixth Form, where I achieved strong academic results, including grades 9- 7 at GCSE, with a 9 in Maths, 9 in English Language, and an 8 in English Literature. I also achieved three A* grades at A Level in English Literature, Religious Studies, and Product Design. Having successfully gone through the 11+ process to gain entry to this highly selective school, I have first-hand experience of competitive academic pathways. I am currently studying Law at the University of Warwick, where I am predicted to achieve a 2:1. This academic background allows me to support students with both subject knowledge and effective study and exam techniques.

I'm currently a veterinary medicine student at university, slated to graduate in 2030. I have two younger brothers and have always been one of those strange children who enjoyed going to school for the learning, not just the fun. Outside of education I am a knitter, a crocheter, a badminton player, and an avid creative writer. I was involved in Scouts for two years and was part of the National Honour Society in high school, a society for students in American high schools that select members based on four pillars: academics, character, service, and leadership. I enjoy explaining things and hope to ensure that my students gain a greater appreciation of the subject matter, but I will settle for getting them through their exams if that's all they want. I attended CAJ, an international high school in Japan that following the American curriculum. I took 10 AP subjects, which are slightly narrower in scope but no less thorough in depth than A levels, and scored 5s (highest score) in all but English language, where I scored a 3 (pass mark). The AP subjects I took were Japanese, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Statistics, Physics 1, Physics 2, Chemistry, Biology, English Language and Comprehension, and English Literature and Composition.

I love music. My main passions are playing piano, guitar and singing. I also love reading books, and I've nearly finished writing my first novel. I also love watching plays and musicals. I have two cats, a dog and a tortoise and they sometimes like to join me in webinars! I also like baking, and bake cookies and cakes a lot. I am currently pursuing a Law degree at King's College London. I have A-Level grades of A*-A in Computer Science, Maths, German and EPQ, and have 12 GCSE grades, with an average of grade 8/9 (including all of the required subjects, Triple Science, German, Computer Science, Further Maths and HPQ). I also have grade 8 ABRSM in piano, and grade 5 ABRSM in music theory.

I can tutor English (Language, Literature, and/or Creative Writing) at any Key Stage (my speciality is GCSE but I'm happy to teach at lower years, or A-level too). I have ESL student experience and am trained in TEFL. I have experience and training in tutoring for retakes, GCSE retakes specifically. I studied Creative Writing in the English faculty of the University of Winchester at Undergraduate and then the University of Exeter at Postgraduate. I achieved the highest grade in both, and will soon be pursuing an English PhD. I have trained in TEFL and general English tutoring as well, as well as training specifically in tutoring English GCSE.

I’m a Religion, Philosophy and Ethics student at King’s College London, one of the UK’s top universities. I’m passionate about helping students reach their potential and have held advocacy roles promoting equality in education. My approach is patient, supportive, and engaging. I study at King’s College London, a top UK university with a strong academic reputation. I achieved A*AAB at A-level in Religious Studies, Politics, History and English Literature, plus Grade 9s in History and RS and an 8 in English Literature at GCSE. I am 21 years old and I am currently studying English Literature at Durham University. I absolutely love to travel and I am a qualified ski instructor and have done two seasons teaching in Canada and New Zealand. I am also a keen runner and I am currently training for a charitable half marathon. Additionally, I absolutely love literature! My favourite books are 'The Great Gatsby,' and 'The Unbearable Lightness of Being' and 'The Picture of Dorian Gray.' I attended King's High School for Girls for my whole secondary education. I studied History, Geography and English Literature at A level during covid and received an A* in all three subjects. Following my A levels I took a gap year and I am now in my second year Studying English Literature at Durham University, and I am on track to achieve a first when I graduate next year.

Hi everyone! My name's Milan and I am a Law school graduate. I am passionate about tutoring having seen the benefits first hand. I also live with 5 pet sheep who act more like dogs—so I know the importance of patience, empathy, and understanding different personalities! I completed A-Levels in English Literature, Philosophy, and Politics, as well as an EPQ.
