Hello! :) My name is Cécile and I am twenty-five years of age. In 2021, I graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester with a Bachelors Degree in Drama. I am currently working full-time as an Insurance Consultant whilst also working part-time, supporting students on their academic journeys. This is a big highlight of my week! :) I started tutoring during my A-Levels (2016-2018), which then progressed through to University and amazingly, up until present. A section of my degree concentrated on education (to which, I received a First) thus leading me to continue with private tuition, throughout the Leicester area. I have been established on the GoStudent platform as a freelance tutor, since January 2022. In January 2024, I received my 500th lesson certificate and up until present, I have delivered over 880 lessons on this platform, alone. Collectively, I have over eight years worth of tutoring experience but on a continuous basis, I will be hitting my four year anniversary in January 2026. I teach the following subjects: Drama, English, History and French. Drama and English are both taught from, Primary through to Degree level. History is taught from GCSE through to A-Level. French is taught from Primary through to GCSE or I also teach French to individuals who are looking to learn the language, from scratch - I possess dual nationality (as you can probably tell by my name) :) I also conduct lessons providing coursework and exam help. My education journey is, as follows: In 2016, I passed and achieved thirteen GCSE's, nine of which vary from B - A* grades. In 2018, I passed and achieved three A-Levels in Drama, History and Biology. In 2021, I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Drama including a First Class for my 'Education and the Performing Arts' module and my final Dissertation - De Montfort University, Leicester. In 2024, I started my Cert CII and I am aiming to have my full Chartership in Insurance, by March 2026. I have a solid understanding of the performing arts education policy, pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment in a time of educational, economic, technological and social change. It also allowed me to construct innovative ways towards lesson exploration including within the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) sector, early years, informal, community and therapy settings. My degree allowed me to submerse myself into various fields of education and resultantly, have the right exposure towards assisting students within the following categories: - EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage/s). - SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). - Primary Education. - Secondary Education. - Mature learning.

I have just graduated from Warwick University with a first in my History and Politics degree at Warwick Uni and will be continuing my studies with a Master's in History. I also act as a mentor in both subjects at my University. I take Harvard courses in Computer Science (and small bits of maths) to boost my studies. I read way too many books in my free time and I currently also work as a Library Student Partner at my University which has included working on projects for students at both university and school, as well as working on projects specifically designed for neurodivergent students.
