I am an experienced educator with a doctorate in Mathematics from Imperial College London, currently working as an Associate Lecturer at a higher education institute in the UK. I have always loved mathematics since I was a child; I see solving mathematical problems almost like playing a game, and above all it gives me great satisfaction! Mathematics is a universal language allowing questions to be answered in a non-subjective way, and I believe that this is one of the greatest strengths and beauties of the subject!

I am a student at Politecnico Milano and I am pursuing my master's in energy engineering. I am an enthusiast who has an insatiable taste for curbing world energy problems with clean and green technology. I am a master’s student at the University of York in legal and political theory, I hold my undergraduate degree in law from the University of Warwick. Hi! My name is Fin, a passionate and friendly and I am currently studying for my Master's in Finance and Investment at Durham University, after completing a degree in Economics. I have always enjoyed helping others get to grips with tricky topics and building confidence in subjects they find challenging. I am patient, friendly and happy to explain things as many times as needed. I tailor each lesson to the individual student, making sure it suits their pace and learning style. My goal is to help them achieve grades that truly reflect their potential. I achieved an A* and two A's in Maths, Economics and History A-levels. I completed my undergraduate degree in Economics at Newcastle University before moving to Durham University to study for my Master's in Finance and Investment. I'm a recent grad from Warwick University, while I was there I enjoyed playing dodgeball, going for hikes and learning the guitar. I look forward to seeing movies at the cinema and cycling on the weekends as well as visiting museums and galleries. I also have a pet cat. I completed a BSc in Mathematical Statistics (with Computer Science) at the University of Warwick. My course was intensive, covering broad areas of pure and applied maths, theoretical statistics, statistical modelling and programming. As many of my modules were geared towards data science, much of my learning culminated in an undergraduate research project in machine learning - exploring how machines encode information on the neuron-level.
