Hi, I’m Udit! I’m currently working as a Lecturer in Medical Sciences at the University of Lancashire. I hold a PhD in Chemistry and was awarded the prestigious Marie Curie PhD Fellowship — a highly competitive international research scholarship. This has seen me use my Italian, working as a Training Specialist, Credit Controller, Account Co-ordinator and Sales Administrator, and saw me work and live in Tuscany and Bologna for work projects. In my previous roles at Amazon, I was initially an agent providing service to Italian customers and Amazon delivery drivers. I then progressed to being an Italian Training Specialist for Amazon and designed, lead and delivered the Italian customer service and driver support training to employees both virtually and at their offices in Cagliari Sardinia.
