Hi! I’m Erika, a friendly and approachable tutor with several years of experience supporting students in English and Biology, from Year 7 through to A-Level. I really enjoy helping students build their confidence and find ways of learning that work best for them. Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing basketball and football, and I love cooking, especially trying out new recipes. I am a fourth-year medical student with a strong passion for helping others achieve their academic goals. While I was always a relatively capable student, I learned early on that success didn’t come without hard work, sacrifice, and most importantly, support. During a particularly challenging period in my studies, I met a tutor who completely revitalised my passion for learning and helped me reach my potential. That experience shaped who I am today and inspired me to do the same for others. Academically, I achieved three A grades at A Level in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, and all 9s in GCSE in these subjects. Beyond my own studies, I have two years of tutoring experience, beginning in sixth form, where I supported GCSE students across multiple subjects.
