Alexis Ciunek
Hi there! I'm Alexis, and I'm known for being a bubbly and patient person. Over the past few years, I've had the pleasure of helping students at all levels achieve their goals and increase their confidence in maths and sciences! Lately, my focus has been on GCSE level students, where I've made it a priority to familiarise my students with the exam structure and questions as well as equipping them with effective strategies to tackle complex problems so they can approach their exams with confidence. Organisation is one of my key traits, so I often create personalised revision schedules and checklists for my new students to ensure they stay on track. I have a friendly and approachable teaching style, and so I tend build strong relationships quickly. When it comes to topics, my favourites are algebra, trigonometry, and energetics, and I'm experienced in teaching KS1, KS2, KS3, GCSE, and AS in Maths and Sciences. Now, a bit about me outside of teaching! I have a passion for martial arts and regularly train japanese jiu-jitsu. In the past, I also used to wrestle (family thing). During weekends, you'll often find me immersed in activities such as painting acrylic landscapes, pursuing crafts, or simply enjoying the great outdoors. Recently, I've taken up a new hobby of learning skipping rope tricks. It's always great to have some fun activities outside of academics! I hope this gives you a friendly and engaging overview of my background and interests. I'm excited to meet and help your children excel in their studies!

As a University student studying Biomedical Science I understand the rigors and stresses that comes with studying, which is why during my lessons I aim to provide a high quality teaching experience that will equip students with the necessary arsenal to tackle any exam that comes their way. My lesson approach is more down the traditional road, delivering the subject content as using concise PowerPoints(much like a formal school lesson but much more interesting!) and rounding off lessons with exam questions so students gain an understanding of how to apply their knowledge to exam questions. Having been working for GoStudent for 2 years, I have seen a large variety of students through their educational journey each achieving their dream results and have received positive feedback from all the students I teach and their parents. Outside of academia I am an avid guitarist and kickboxer that also likes mountain hiking. I look forward to working with you and help you achieve your academic aspirations.

Abdul Rehman Mohsin
Hello! My name is Abdul Rehman Mohsin. I am an undergraduate student of mechanical engineering. The subjects I teach are Alevel and GCSE Maths and Physics, GCSE chemistry and Alevel Philosophy and theology(or simply philosophy). I have achieved A*s in Alevel Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics, so I can help you achieve the same. I can also help you out with Alevel Further Mathematics. Having been a part of the national physics team for my country for the 2020 IPHO, my physics is also quite strong. Although I did not study philosophy in my Alevel, I was always interested in the subject. Having read quite a few books, articles/papers and having watched so many debates, I have a good grasp on the basics and I continue to delve deeper. Therefore, I am confident that I can teach Alevel Philosophy. Now moving beyond academics, I am a big video games and anime enthusiast, so if you are a red dead or a one piece fan, we can have a lot to talk about. Addtionally, my hobbies range from reading lots of philosophy to playing strategy games such as chess or Age of Empires 3.
