About Me Hello! My name is Mary Ann Suizo, and I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a love for fostering growth and curiosity in students. I have always believed in the transformative power of education, and my goal is to create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. With experience in Mathematics areas such as General Mathematics and Statistics and Probability, also in Science for General Physics 1 and 2, I aim to inspire a love of learning and develop critical thinking skills that students can carry with them throughout their lives. Outside the classroom, I enjoy playing Lawn Tennis as my sports and Reading and Studying nonfiction books especially an inspirational and motivational true to life journey which help me stay balanced and bring fresh perspectives to my teaching. Education I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Post-Baccalaureate in Teacher Education with a major in Mathematics. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Education, also with a major in Mathematics which provided me with a solid foundation in both pedagogical theory and subject-specific knowledge. Through my studies, I developed a strong understanding of how to create lesson plans that meet diverse learning needs, while also fostering a positive classroom environment. Additionally, I have participated in professional development trainings, seminars and workshops for the past years, ensuring that I stay updated with the latest teaching strategies and educational tools. My educational journey continues as I strive to refine my skills and become a better teacher for my students every day.

Hello! My name is Mark and I’m a graduate from Northumbria University with a 1st class Physics BSc with honours. I like to focus my sessions on the areas of a subject that you struggle with the most, starting from the beginning and building a strong understanding that you can use in the classroom and your exams. My sessions are pupil-led, where I am there to provide guidance, direction, examples and support. I love physics, especially the topics of space and energy, and I think that a passionate teacher can make even the most difficult subjects more approachable. I have experience tutoring, helping local pupils with their physics over COVID lock-downs. I look forward to meeting you! I have graduated from Northumbria University Newcastle with a First Class Bachelors with Honours in Physics. I studied Physics (A), Computer Science (A) and English Literature (B) at Bacup & Rawtenstall Grammar School. I have 6 months experience tutoring local pupils in GCSE Physics over the COVID lockdown period.

I am a recent graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science. I have experience tutoring children in high school, as well as childcare and swim teaching experience. I enjoy helping people develop their knowledge and skills. I can teach a range of subjects such as science, maths, English, and languages. I completed my GCSEs and A Levels at the Dixie Grammar School. I got seven 9s, and three 8s for GCSE, including history, georgraphy, French, Mandarin, and separate sciences. I got three A*s and an A for A Level, for English literature, history, maths, and further maths. I graduated with a 2:1 from the LSE with a BSc in International Relations and History.

I am currently studying Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering at the University of Leeds and have 3 years of tutoring experience. The main subjects I have tutored for are GCSE sciences and mathematics as well as computer science and physics up to an A level standard. I am a third-year Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering student with expertise in mathematics, physics, and computer science. Skilled in C++ and Python, excel at simplifying complex concepts, making me an ideal tutor for students in STEM fields. My studies have provided extensive experience in applying advanced mathematics to real-world problems.
