Hi everyone, my name's Saoban, but you can call me Sao. I’m a medical student whose focus is on Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, but I can teach a range of subjects. My academic background is science-focused, which medicine requires a strong foundation in. I apply this directly in my teaching. Outside of teaching and medicine, I’m interested in fitness, health science, and personal development. I enjoy understanding how the body works and how small improvements compound over time - I find the same principle applies to studying. I am a third-year medical student with exposure to core pre-clinical sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) at a university level I completed my GCSEs (including triple science) in Sherborne Qatar senior school, and moved to Doha College for my ALevels (Biology, Chemistry, Maths)

I’ve lived in six different countries, worked in both education and the business world, and I bring that international energy straight into my classes. I’m a native French speaker with a big love for Spanish language and Hispanic culture, so you’ll learn real, useful language — the kind people actually speak — along with the cultural tips that make you sound natural. I’m known for being extremely patient, but don’t worry, I’ll also encourage you (nicely!) to step outside your comfort zone and grow fast. My undergraduate studies include a Bachelor’s degree in European Business Management in Reims, providing me with a multidisciplinary and multilingual foundation. My name is Gemma and I am an English and Drama Graduate from Exeter University, 2:1 with a Creative Writing Dissertation. I have aspirations in teaching at Secondary School level and classroom and mentoring experience. I have worked for a year post graduation as a Sabbatical Officer in the Students Union. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing poetry and performing. I achieved 1x 7, 2x 8, 2x A* and 7x 9 in my GCSE's and 3x A at A level in English, Drama and Philosophy and Ethics. I took a gap year working, and volunteered in my school supporting extracurricular drama, and I have since returned 3x with paid opportunities, 2x teaching in music and drama. I went to Exeter University and studied English and Drama acheiving a 2:1 and departmental commendation for contributing to the life of the department. During my time at University I took on leadership and mentoring roles in extracurricular and this led me to my current position as a Sabbatical Officer advocating for Students in the University.
