Hi! My name is Eloise, I recently graduated from the University of Lincoln with a first class psychology degree and I am excited to begin teaching A Level and GCSE psychology using the skills and knowledge I gained during my studies. Whilst at University, I tutored other students who needed help with research skills and essay writing skills as well as a GCSE history student who required exam technique mentoring, this student was able to increase their grade from a 3 to a 5 after a few sessions. My own experience with A level psychology has equipped me with tried and tested exam techniques which I would love to share with new students and help them achieve the best grades they can, and the grades they deserve, as I know how much hard work goes into these exams! I attended the Cottesloe school (2015- 2020) and gained my GCSEs with grades 5- 7, and a distinction* in business studies. I then joined the sixth form at the same school (2020-2022) where I achieved an A* in psychology, A in history and distinction* in business. I then went to the University of Lincoln (2022-2025) where I gained my Batchelor's degree in psychology with first class honours. During my degree I covered a broad scope of psychology topics and research skills, including my dissertation in my third year in which I achieved a first class grade on.

I’m a native French speaker with a big love for Spanish language and Hispanic culture, so you’ll learn real, useful language — the kind people actually speak — along with the cultural tips that make you sound natural. My undergraduate studies include a Bachelor’s degree in European Business Management in Reims, providing me with a multidisciplinary and multilingual foundation. I obtained my Baccalaureate in Economics in Munich, further strengthening my academic and cultural international exposure.

The reason I chose to study this because it included using a lot of technical and problem-solving methods, it also included a lot of Mathematics which was one of my favourite subjects at school. I would say Algebra is one of my strong areas and I completed the Level 3 Edexcel Algebra award in secondary school. When I teach I primarily use a lot of worksheets and exam-style questions which will help the student improve on the subject and feel better prepared for any upcoming exams. If a student is struggling to understand a concept , I use diagrams, videos and allow them to have more practise until they are comfortable with the topics. I’m a mechanical engineering student who enjoys learning, staying active, and improving at things over time. Outside academics, I train Muay Thai and play squash, which keeps me disciplined and focused. I’m naturally curious, patient, and I like explaining ideas in a way that actually makes sense to people. I value consistency, good communication, and personal growth, both in and out of education. I try to bring a calm, supportive energy to everything I do, because people learn best when they feel comfortable and understood.
