Getting into this course at a Russel Group University required stellar GCSE and A Level grades which I was able to achieve through thorough and dedicated studies and personal teaching. I believe that active learning through frequent recall, question and answer sessions and flashcards is the best way to retain information. Combining this with practice paper questions from the start of teaching guarantees success. I am Nibin Kuzhikkamthadam Roy and I'm very interested in applying for the post of Mathematics Teacher. I completed my post-graduate degree in Actuarial Science at the University of Kent, along with a 2.1 in BSc in Mathematics, and I'm working as a Mathematics Teacher at Technology College, Margate. I am confident that I have the requisite skills and the potential to inspire and encourage children of all abilities to reach their full potential. My work experience and academic knowledge allowed me to experience life in a secondary school setting from a teacher's perspective. I enjoyed the way that every day is different and that each child is unique. I have 4 years of classroom teaching experience and worked as the academic head of the mathematics department. I wrote three academic books for that organization. I started teaching when I was studying in year 12, which is my passion. I worked part-time during my post-graduate time in a child park for helping differently-abled young persons. I am a good orator with communication and debate skills and served as a student member of the board of studies at the University of Kent. I was appointed as an innovation council member of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, and also served as School union chairman and College Union General Secretary at the school and college levels. In my school days, I won the mathematics Olympiad prize. These roles have developed my skills in public speaking, liaising with a large number of people, planning, organizing and taking responsibility for managing programs. I've been a tutor four years now, helping dozens of students. I'll work with you in conversation, which'll brings us intellectually close to each other. We don't need to learn by heart most of the things required to pass with flying colors. As your mentor, I pursue with fervor the breaking down of concepts and getting to the bottom of them. Once we achieve this, you won't have to revise said concepts ever again. - What if you find exams particularly tough? Isn't it annoying when you know the material but still can't get those marks? I took first-year University courses in Chemistry and Engineering. These included subjects like Physics, Biology, Statistics, Algebra, Calculus, etc. Lastly, I'm a self-taught personal trainer. Throughout this particular academic endeavour, I studied biomechanics and anatomy, with a solid knowledge of their application to weightlifting.
