Hi. I'm Ade, and I have been tutoring successfully for over 7 years now, with over 100 students (over 3 years on GoStudent with over 40 students), Grades 7 to 12, GCSE, and A-Levels. I have a Bachelors degree in Geophysics, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Education, and I'm currently doing a 2nd Degree in Mathematics. I keep my lessons simple, with a focus on consistent practice. I also tailor my lessons to fit the student and get the best out of them. Simply put, I help you understand the foundations of the concepts you're trying to learn, and we'll do lots of practice. I specialize in building students skill and confidence in facing and solving problems. I'm pretty good at it because I am always learning new things myself, so I never forget what it's like be a semi-beginner, and I tend to relate very well with my students experience. Hi! I’m Emilia, a Maths and Physics tutor with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students gain confidence in STEM subjects. I studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at A-level, and recently completed my BSc in Mathematics and Physics. I’m now continuing my studies at the University of Cambridge, where I’m pursuing a Master’s (MPhil) in Data Intensive Science. I’ve been tutoring for the past two years, working with students of all ages and abilities, from primary school through to A-level. Most of my experience is at GCSE level, where I particularly enjoy helping students prepare for exams, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build genuine understanding rather than just memorising formulas. Outside of tutoring, I love combining my interests in science, coding, and education, as well as exploring creative projects that make complex ideas easier to visualise and learn. I’m currently studying for an MPhil in Data Intensive Science at the University of Cambridge, where I’m developing advanced skills in computational methods, statistics, and physics-based data analysis.
