My name is Shandana Wahid. I am 18 years old and study Politics, International Studies and German at the University of Warwick. I am an experienced tutor with over 1.5 years of teaching experience in economics and politics. I have 10 GCSES, from grades 8-6, including maths, business and triple science. My experience at a grammar school enables me to use interactive, effective teaching methods to help my students improve their grades. I achieved an A* in A-Level economics, an A in A-Level Politics and a B in A-Level History. I’m a passionate tutor who genuinely loves teaching and helping students grow in confidence. Outside of tutoring, I love Pilates it keeps me focused, energised, and balanced, which I bring into my teaching as well. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology with Data Analytics, which I completed with Distinction at the University of the West of Scotland. Through this program, I developed a strong foundation in core IT principles alongside advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. My studies covered areas such as data analysis, data management, information systems, and the practical application of technology to real-world problems.

I’m a 4th-year medical student studying abroad, with a strong academic background in A-Level Maths, Chemistry and Biology, achieving A grades in all three subjects. I offer tutoring in GCSE and A-Level Maths, Biology and Chemistry, and I’m passionate about helping students build both their confidence and understanding of the subjects. I first gained teaching experience through mentoring students during high school, particularly in GCSE Maths and Biology. Since then, I’ve worked with a number of students over the past few years, helping them work towards their academic goals and make significant progress.
