Hi. I'm Ade, a professional tutor with over 7 years experience with online tutoring. I have tutored well over 100 students (Grades 7 to 12) in Math & Science (Physics), helping improve their schoolwork and grades in GCSE, A-Levels, and IGCSE. I have a Bachelors degree in Geophysics, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Education, and I'm currently doing a 2nd Degree in Physics. I keep my lessons simple, with a focus on consistent practice. I also tailor my lessons to fit the student and get the best out of them. Simply put, I help you understand the foundations of the concepts you're trying to learn, and we'll do LOTS of practice—improving your ability, speed, and confidence in solving problems. I am a learner, and I am very good at helping others learn. I obtained my first degree in the physical sciences: a Bachelors degree in Geophysics. Afterwards, I obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) to hone my skills in helping others learn and achieve their academic goals. I am currently pursuing a 2nd degree in Physics.

I also teach Spanish to adult students at different levels. My teaching philosophy is shaped by my academic background in anthropology and interest in how cultures influence the production of knowledge. I also have knowledge in film studies and skills in audio-visual production. I can support students in their academic and artistic creative process. In my teaching, I link the learning material and cultures to engage in communication with the students and contextualise what we are learning. Cycling, climbing and the love for animals are some of my main personal interests. I love travelling and I am currently living in Berlin.

Apart from my studies, I have been learning French for many years, and I also enjoy weightlifting, hiking, playing the guitar and painting.
