I’m someone who’s deeply passionate about personal growth and helping others reach their full potential. I have a solid educational background, which has provided me with valuable insights and knowledge. Alongside my academic achievements, I’m also dedicated to fitness and regularly attend the gym to maintain both my physical and mental well-being. Hi, my name is Alexander Gumbley. I'm a first year at the university of Manchester, studying physics. I love being outdoors and near the sea. Everything from surfing to climbing mountains! I’m a physics enthusiast and I am looking forward to sharing my love of Science! I was a pupil at Caterham senior school where I taught in the Combined Cadet Force for 2 years. Whilst at Caterham school I took GCSEs in which I got 9 9s and 2 8s. I then studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A-level getting 4 A*s in total. I am now studying physics at the University of Manchester.

Hi, I’m Lily and I’m a 19 year old student at the University of Leeds currently on my second year of completing the joint-honours degree of Spanish and International Relations. I have a passion for tutoring and I have been doing it for years in multiple different secondary schools, so I know how to engage with students and adapt my teaching methods to the particular student to ensure they can achieve the highest grade possible in a fun and relaxed setting. I teach Spanish after studying the language at GCSE, A-level, and degree level, so I would say I have expert knowledge in this area to help students who are keen to learn of all ages. We can have fun whilst we learn as I truly believe you learn the most and remember the most when you are enjoying what you are doing. Outside of studying and tutoring I love to play instruments like the guitar and the piano, and I also kick-box and dance. I love to keep myself busy and to help elevate others to be the best versions of themselves which is why I love to tutor, and this year I will be teaching English in Spain.
