Hello! I'm Sila, an aspiring Chemistry student studying at University College London :) My main goal as a tutor is to get a firm understanding on my student's weak areas and plan lessons efficiently to help them as much as possible. I am dedicated to help tutees reach their full potential through the way that they learn and thrive the best! I am looking forward to meeting and helping everyone who's willing to boost their chemistry knowledge! On top of this, I am also keen and willing to help and make a positive impact around students' Biology and Spanish content. I attended Buxton school and finished my GCSE's with grades 9 in Biology and Chemistry, an 8 in physics, and a 7 in maths. I studied my A levels at City of London Academy Southwark and achieved A,A,A in Biology, Chemistry and Business Studies. In my gap year I worked as a tutor teaching remotely and physically. The subjects I taught were Chemistry as well as Biology.

With over four years of experience tutoring maths and science, I’ve developed a structured and results-driven approach that helps students build confidence and master exam technique. As an MPharm graduate currently completing my hospital training year, I bring a strong foundation in clinical reasoning and scientific analysis to my sessions. I’ve since graduated with an MPharm degree from the University of East Anglia and am currently completing my hospital training year as a trainee pharmacist. Hi! My name is Aisha and I am a second-year medical student who really enjoys helping students feel more confident in their learning. I remember how stressful school and exams can feel, so I try to be the kind of tutor I would have wanted myself- patient, encouraging, and easy to talk to. I am calm, approachable, and always happy to explain things more than once if needed. I believe learning works best in a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My aim is not just to help with the subject content, but to build confidence, motivation, and good study habits along the way. Outside of studying medicine, I enjoy reading, learning languages, practising yoga, and spending time with friends. Hi! My name is Oliver, but everyone calls me Ollie, and I have been studying Politics at the University of Warwick since September 2023. I did A-Levels in my home city of Liverpool. I love my subject and I love teaching children as I have done before working at Kumon. I play instruments with my favourite being the drum kit, and I love playing board games with people! I also sometimes go skiing with my family. I completed my A-levels in Mathematics, Psychology, and Politics at the Liverpool Blue Coat Grammar School in 2023 and am currently studying Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick. I am experienced in teaching both English and Mathematics from ages 4-16 at various levels, as I have done so for Kumon for a number of years before and during lockdown.
