I’m a patient and supportive tutor specialising IGCSE Edexel English Language and Chemistry. I focus on breaking down complex topics into clear, simple steps to help students build confidence and understanding. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs and goals, whether improving grades or preparing for exams. I achieved A* grades on average in my IGCSEs, demonstrating a strong academic foundation across the sciences. During my studies at the University of Al-Jamea-Tus-Saifiyah, I regularly supported peers and younger students with their learning, helping them better understand key concepts and prepare for exams. I obtained two Degrees while studying in Al-Jamea-Tus-Safiyah Arabic Academy. I continue to build on this experience by tutoring family members, focusing on clear explanations, exam practice, and developing confidence in their abilities.

Hi! I'm a student at the University of Bristol studying a degree in Mathematics and Physics. Studying maths at a degree level means I am constantly working with complex mathematical concepts everyday, and I plan to bring that depth of understanding when tutoring GSCE and A-level Maths. I have around a year experience in tutoring GSCE Maths, which has helped me develop a clear and effective teaching style. Also, having completed my A-levels during 2025 summer and achieving an A and also a grade 8 in GSCE Mathematics, I have a strong understanding of exam content and also effective advice for revision, ensuring student success in exams. I focus on breaking down hard topics into simple clear explanations , helping to build understanding, student confidence and also exam technique through practice. I’m Tara Patel, a dedicated and passionate Math teacher I love making math engaging and meaningful by connecting lessons to real-life situations and using interactive activities that spark curiosity. My goal is to help you build confidence in problem-solving and truly enjoy working with numbers. Outside of teaching, I enjoy solving puzzles, watching educational videos, and taking peaceful morning walks. I graduated with a Bachelor in Secondary Education, Major in Mathematics, and I am also a Juris Doctor. This academic background strengthened my skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
