Hi! I’m Mehmood, 19 years old and currently studying medicine (MBBS) at Hull York Medical School. While I absolutely love studying, I have many other passions that burn just as brightly — I’m into sports, gym, and cycling, and I’m always open to trying new ones! Some cool facts about me: I speak English, Pashto and Urdu. Also, I have a 4-year-old tabby cat called Misty, and I’m one of six siblings! I’d describe myself as calm, composed, and confident—and I’m excited to share my tips and tricks to help others rise to the top of their academics. I attended St. Peter's RC High School in Gorton, where I studied separate sciences, business, geography, religious studies, and core subjects, achieving 6 grade 9s and 3 grade 8s. I then studied biology, psychology, and chemistry at Loreto Sixth Form College, earning A*AB in my A-levels. During my medical school application, I achieved a UCAT score of 2750 Band 1, securing four medical school interviews and ultimately firming Hull York Medical School—where I am currently studying medicine (MBBS). Alongside my academic journey, I’ve been a private tutor for the past two years, helping students build confidence and achieve top grades in science and math. I also completed a 3-week teaching internship at COOP Academy, delivering science lessons to Year 8 and 9 students. Additionally, I’ve gained valuable clinical experience working in GP practices and hospital settings, consulting with patients and developing strong communication and empathy skills. My educational background reflects a strong foundation in science and a passion for teaching. I’m excited to share the strategies and insights that helped me succeed and to support students in reaching their full academic potential.

Hi my name is Jesse, I’m a 33 year old German national that has lived in the UK since the age of 12. I work in IT where I speak German on a daily basis. I have been informally tutoring since 2010. I have been tutoring university level German but I’m comfortable with teaching any level of German 😀. I attended the university of Birmingham to complete my Masters in International Relations, after I completed my degree in International Business and German. kgalalelo is a 30 year old Civil Engineering technologist who lives in the North West province of South Africa. I enjoy reading, running, playing sports such as basketball and swimming as well as creating art through drawing and painting. I am highly passionate about education and learning new things, and I look forward to passing down my knowledge in education to assist you in your everyday studies. I have obtained a National Diploma in Civil Engineering at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology with the intentions of furthering my studies in the year 2026. My most recent employment was an Assistant Site Manager in a Civil engineering construction company. My other previous occupations were civil engineering intern, library assistant and civil engineering site technician.

I’m currently a medical student and I really like passing my knowledge to young people and helping them achieve the goals that they want. I aspire to create a safe, friendly environment for students, where they can ask me for help whenever. With a deep passion for education, I strive to instil not only knowledge but also critical thinking skills and confidence in my students. I attended Southend High School for Girls and completed my GCSEs there. For A levels,I moved to Southend High School for Boys. Currently i am a medical student at the University of Nottingham. I have about a year of tutoring experience from beforehand, and i have worked at ExploreLearning for a few months.
