Hi, I'm a 2nd year UCL medical student! For years now, I’ve mentored & tutored both GCSE and A-level biology for multiple specifications, as well as Chemistry, Maths, Geography, and English Language. I attended a girls grammar school, and also tutor the 11 plus exams! As someone who took and passed both CEM and GL 11 plus exams, I am happy to help with any. Also have engaged with science outside of school, completing a Women in STEM course run by the University of Oxford, and completing wider reading. Hello! My name is Joanne and I'm currently studying Spanish and German at UCD Dublin. I can speak 5 languages: English, Irish, German, Spanish and Italian. I love playing camogie and Gaelic football and enjoy baking, cooking and watching movies. I can tutor ordinary and higher level German and Spanish for both GCSE (junior certificate) and A level (Leaving certificate). I have about 5 years of experience in tutoring. I've been tutoring maths since 2020 to junior certificate students and I began tutoring Spanish in 2022 to leaving certificate students. I sat my leaving certificate examinations in 2020 and received 554 points. I achieved a H1 in Spanish and German. I'm currently a Spanish and German student at UCD Dublin and I went on Erasmus in Valladolid, Spain last year. I have a TEFL certification (teaching English as a foreign language) which has allowed me to work and live in Spain, teaching English to both adults and children from beginner to advanced levels.
