I have extensive experience helping students in science, ranging from secondary education to university level. I have successfully assisted students in achieving higher grades in GCSEs, A-levels, and university degree projects. With a combined six years of teaching and tutoring experience, I am patient and deeply passionate about helping students grasp scientific concepts and improve their academic performance. I hold a PhD in Chemistry and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK. Additionally, I have a BSc in Industrial Chemistry from an overseas institution. Hey there, my name is Percy. I have recently completed my A-level exams in Maths, Physics, Economics and Graphics, and I am studying Architecture at the University of Nottingham in September. I achieved A*A*A*A in my A-levels and 12 Grade 9s in my GCSE exams across subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Business and Geography. In 2024, I was honoured to be a finalist in the prestigious British Education Award. I have realised the importance of education and strive to help students excel academically across a range of subjects. Introducing new topics in a clear and engaging way, encouraging active participation. During lessons, I also share a range of effective revision strategies and exam tips, proven to help my students improve their performance in exams. My ultimate goal is to enhance my students’ interest in the subject and boost their confidence.
