I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Financial Management and have previously studied towards a BCom in Accounting. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in business management, finance, economics, accounting, and analytical thinking. In addition to my formal education, I continuously expand my knowledge through self-learning in areas such as technology, coding, social media, and business strategy. I am an extremely enthusiastic and positive person. I currently teach English early years, Primary school/Reception year. SEND Primary and Highschool and ESL, with over 25 years experience. Patience is my middle name. I am an energetic and a fun teacher. Using a variety of methods including: auditory, visual, reading/writing, verbal and kinaesthetic movement. I look forward to meeting you, my future student. My academic journey started after high school and continues to present. Studying and learning never stops. It is a part of self growth. I actively ensure I continuously follow CLP. Fields of teaching include: English Reception year, English Primary school, English Primary and Highschool for SEN, SEND and ALN students who are looking to improve their skills in English. I also teach English as a Second language and Business English. An achievement of mine was when one of my students won GOLD at the Shanghai Special Olympics. In January 2025, GoStudent have added AI to GoClass. AI training was completed and is boosting tutoring outcomes.

Hi, I’m Safoora, currently a third-year medical student with a strong passion for education across a range of subjects. Medicine has taught me not just the importance of hard work, but also how to communicate complex ideas clearly and patiently — skills I bring into my tutoring sessions. I tutor GCSE Biology, chemistry, combined science and psychology, as well as KS3 and KS2 Science. I understand that subjects like biology and chemistry can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into manageable, straightforward steps tailored to how each student learns best. I’m genuinely passionate about helping students build confidence and develop a deeper understanding so they’re fully prepared to tackle any challenges they face in exams. I believe learning should be interactive, engaging, and relevant, so I work to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Whether it’s helping with exam preparation or simply tackling tricky topics, my aim is to support students in developing critical thinking skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom. Outside of my studies, I enjoy reading and keeping fit, which help me maintain balance and stay motivated. I received my early education at different primary schools, which provided me with a strong academic foundation. I then completed my GCSEs and pursued A‑levels. I am now currently a third‑year medical student at the University of Nottingham, and alongside my studies I’ve gained experience tutoring students in a range of subjects, helping them build confidence and improve their academic performance.

I am a patient and supportive tutor with an Agriculture Management background. I completed a Diploma in Agriculture Management at Potchefstroom College of Agriculture and I am currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Agriculture Management at the University of South Africa (UNISA).
