I received my maths degree from the University of Glasgow and have tutored and range of age groups from primary school age, through to high school and also undergraduate. I am passionate about learning and believe that learning is about enjoyment and practicality. I enjoy helping people succeed and ultimately seeing people become more confident within themselves. I have a honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Glasgow with a particular specialisation in applied mathematics and am currently working towards my second degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Stirling.

I also have a keen interest in TV and film, which often inspires the way I think about storytelling and brings a bit of imagination into my lessons. My academic journey began at the University of Stirling, where I completed a BA (Hons) in English Studies and later an MLitt in Creative Writing, graduating with distinction. Alongside tutoring, I’m also a published short story writer and poet, a freelance editor, and currently completing a Level 5 TEFL qualification. Building on this theoretical base, I pursued a Masters in Business Intelligence and Big Data at the University of Greenwich, London UK.
