Hi. I am a 24 year old recent graduate with a first class master's degree in Mathematics from Durham University. I specialise in tutoring A Level and GCSE Maths, and have experience working alongside children with a range of educational needs (including those with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, and autism) both in person and here online. Outside of tutoring I enjoy board games, motorsport, and playing the guitar. I have a first class master's degree in mathematics from Durham University, specialising in pure mathematics and mathematical modelling. I studied Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, and Biology at A Level where I achieved 3 A*s and an A. I achieved 4 A*s, 6 As and 1 B at GCSE Level.

Hi, I’m Amelia Hope, an enthusiastic and dedicated math teacher! I enjoy making math simple and approachable while building confidence and curiosity in my students. I bring lessons to life with real-world applications, interactive activities, and fun challenges that make learning exciting. Outside of teaching, I love playing chess, which sharpens my problem-solving skills, and experimenting with baking and cooking, where I embrace creativity and growth. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, where I built a strong foundation in problem-solving, logical thinking, and core mathematical principles. My studies equipped me with the ability to simplify complex concepts, connect lessons to real-life situations, and make learning meaningful. I am also TEFL-certified, which has strengthened my skills in communication, lesson planning, and adapting to diverse learning styles. This combination of academic training and certification allows me to create lessons that are accurate, engaging, and supportive, helping every student grow with confidence.

I am passionate about teaching Maths because I enjoy helping students see that Maths is not something that is impossible but with help even the most complex topics can be broken down simply. It is especially nice when students come back to you with better results more confidence and a big smile. I can teach Mathematics for A-Levels and below. Big fan of football, cricket (which I play competitively for a club in the Surrey Leagues), video games and recently F1 I would like to preferably tutor students in secondary school, however I am open for Primary school students as well. My name is Taliyah. I graduated from Queen Mary University London with a First Class Psychology BSc (Hons) degree. I enjoy playing netball as well as netball coaching and acting! I am passionate about psychology and how it relates to our everyday lives. However, I am passionate about learning as a whole to empower yourself. I obtained GCSE’s grades 6-8 at The City Academy Hackney. I also studied at TCAH Sixth Form graduating with grades Drama (A), Psychology (B) and Biology (C). I then attended Queen Mary University of London and graduated with a First Class degree in Pschology. During my time at university I also joined the netball society where I was the welfare officer and captain of our Team 3 Competitive Team.
