With over 60 students in 2024, I’ve developed a unique program that addresses both the theoretical and practical aspects of language and literature studies. Over the past 3 years, I’ve helped more than 130 students achieve at least a grade 7 in their GCSEs. About Me Language is not just a tool for communication, it's rather a reflection of how we see ourselves, our world and culture. I am a PhD candidate who recently published a paper on sexism and gender bias to help promote social justice by teaching politically correct language. In light of my educational research I learned that each student has a unique mind and uses different techniques to learn. Hence, my responsibility entails guiding each individual to unlock their complete potential. In my free time you'll always find me in the gym, or on a football pitch. Hi, my name is Mads! I’m currently in my final year of my undergraduate degree at the University of Warwick, studying history. I’m a friendly and approachable tutor, excited to share my love for English and sociology. Both subjects I have studied previously, and integrate into the focus of my degree so I continue to study them now! I love animals, board games and books, and look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for my subject! I am currently attending the University of Warwick, studying for a BA in Modern History. I’m due to start my masters in Intellectual History at the University of St Andrews in September.
