Hi! I’m a university student with an A in A-Level Mathematics and a genuine passion for helping students build confidence in maths. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether they’re preparing for exams, catching up on topics, or aiming for top grades. My goal is to make maths clear, engaging, and less intimidating by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps. I believe that with patience, encouragement, and the right support, every student can improve and reach their full potential. I completed my GCSEs at Jo Richardson Community School, achieving qualifications in Mathematics, English, Combined Science, Geography, Music, Drama, and BTEC Business. I then completed my A Levels at the same school, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Geography, where I achieved an A in Mathematics. I am currently studying Accounting and Finance at university, where I continue to strengthen my analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. My strong mathematical background, combined with my communication skills and patient approach, allows me to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals.

Hi! I'm Favour, I have experience tutoring students who are studying English language and Literature for their GCSE's. As a tutor I aim to breakdown questions & lessons to go along with the students' pace. During lessons I use the students interest to channel their learning & I am patient to ensure they get the most of the time. For example I once used a students' sports interest to breakdown the structure question in the AQA language paper 1 question 3. What I love the most about tutoring (apart from spreading knowledge of course) is getting to know, learn and see students develop. I love seeing wonderful personalities and interests come through, so I look forward to meeting you soon! Outside of tutoring, I am involved in marketing communications. In my spare time I like to watch movies, videos on dog grooming, skincare & perfumes, spend time with friends and bake (when I can). Hi, I'm Toluwa! I am currently in dental school. I enjoy teaching the sciences and maths up to GCSE level, as well as A-level Biology and Chemistry. I really enjoy staying active through netball and gym, and I also love to cook and travel in my free time. I look forward to teaching KS1-3 Maths and Science 11+ GCSE Maths GCSE Science - Biology, Chemistry and Physics (Combined Science/Trilogy included) I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels at top grammar schools, and I was able to achieve A* in Biology, A in Chemistry, and B in Mathematics at A-level. I am now studying Dental Medicine at university, where I continue to build on my strong science background.

Hi! I’m Alice, an enthusiastic and passionate English Literature tutor. I love exploring stories, characters and different interpretations of texts, and I particularly enjoy helping students become more confident in expressing their own ideas. I’m friendly, patient and approachable, and I believe lessons should be engaging, supportive and give students the confidence to develop their own opinions. My experience as a primary school teacher has taught me the importance of building positive relationships with students and understanding that everyone learns differently. I want my students to feel comfortable, supported and confident in their lessons, whilst I help them to discover what they enjoy about learning and achieve their goals. I'm excited to be part of your learning journey! I have a First Class Honours degree in Drama and English Literature, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). My degree gave me a strong academic foundation in English Literature, while studying Drama developed my communication, presentation and analytical skills. As an experienced primary school teacher, I have developed strong skills in lesson planning, assessment and adaptive teaching, allowing me to tailor lessons to different learners and their individual needs. My teaching experience has also given me a strong foundation in English, reading and writing, as well as experience supporting students working at a variety of levels.
