Hello, I'm Anson! I'm a first-year university student studying Computer Science and Mathematics. At A-Level, I took Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry. I'm a passionate football fan and love traveling to new places. I also enjoy teaching and can tutor GCSE Maths at both lower and higher level, helping students improve their understanding and confidence. I am currently studying Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Birmingham. Before university, I attended Kimberley Sixth Form College, where I studied Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology at A-Level. My studies have given me a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning, which I apply to both mathematics and computing.

ABOUT ME I have a deep interest in history, human and physical geography, anthropology, technology, architecture and engineering. I especially enjoy the history and geography of languages and language families. I am a keen traveller, audiophile and technophile, with a love for all kinds of technologies, analogue and digital, new and old. Thanks to COVID I learnt a lot of DIY skills through necessity. My house also has a garden full of fruit trees, so I guess that would make me an amateur gardener by default. I try to keep fit by cycling when possible, but my favourite sport is swimming. TEACHING EXPERIENCE/PREFERENCES The subjects I teach are History, English Literature and Language for GCSE and A-level, as well as EFL/ESL English. I tend to teach students aged 14+, so from Year 9 to Year 13 or older, but I do have a few students younger than this. I use a variety of teaching approaches, ranging from traditional methods of text analysis to modern forms of teaching, such as interactive quizzes, questionnaires and even YouTube videos if they benefit the students learning style. Exam Board Experience: AQA, Edexcel and OCR in the main. WJEC/Eduqas to a lesser extent. Languages:- English: as a first language to advanced level. Turkish: fluent to college level.

Hi! My name is Muhammad and I teach Maths and Physics from GCSE up to A Level, as well as GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Computer Science. I’m a full-time university student at UCL studying MSci Medical Physics. I practice martial arts on a regular basis, and I have also taught it as an Instructor at Karate Academy UK since 2021. Doing so has driven my passion for teaching and passing knowledge on to others - not just in martial arts, but in academics too. As a tutor my goal is to make learning simple and easy, as it should be.
